The visa bulletin reversal is affecting us financially and mentally. Please do the needful to go back to the october bulletin published in early september. Our families have waited for years, to get current so we can file Adjustement of Status. But now, just when we thought our dreams came true, the visa dates have been reversed on bulletin published on Septmber 25, 2015. This is very sad news and has shaken our families emotionally. Please do the needful to change the dates back.REPORT COMMENTS

By changing visa bulletin Govt. agencies have provided false information. This costed me $1700 losses to submit paperwork as of now. It's also frustrating for me and my family.REPORT COMMENTS

We have been in the process of legal immigration and have waited patiently for years to do it right. Now after spending a lot of money in lawyer fees, medical checkup, documents from home country, etc. The USCIS has reneged on the ability for me to file for Adjustment of Status. This is extremely and highly discouraging.REPORT COMMENTS

Reverting back the Visa bulletin dates on the last min is not extremely unfair and unprecedented. Lot of candidates including me have already spent hours and hours preparing for the documents and also spent hefty money/fees on the medicals which insurance companies do NOT cover. Its lot of mental harassment and we have not been able to sleep properly since we came to know this on Friday ( 09/25 ) afternoon. Please honor originally published dates and relieve people of this mental agony and pain. The dates should atleast be honored until next November bulletinREPORT COMMENTS

Dear Congress Men, I am deeply impacted financially and mentally with EAD revised date of October 2015 visa bulletin, I have paid all my legal fee of $45000 to my attorney which is non refundable and all work is done to file my I-485 petition. Due to the revised dates of visa bulletin took place on 09/25/2015, I will not be able file my EAD, which is causing financial loss and mental distress. Please help in correcting dates in October Visa bulletin as originally published on 09/09/2015. Thank YouREPORT COMMENTS
