I cannot even express in words the amount of distress, anxiety and stress this revision of the bulletin caused.My eb2 priority date is sept 10 2010. My country of origin is India. I bought a home here in Orange County ca hoping to be current this year . But these delays are frustrating. I have not been able to visit my home country for past 5 years due to amount of difficulty in getting H1B visa stamped and high denial rate at the embassy. The October Visa bulletin was a great relief since it would have allowed me to file for EAD and AP ( travel documents) but now that USCIS has revised the dates, i am again stuck.
