I am contacting to let you know me and my wife are in great amount of stress after reading this shocking news. I can?t imagine they are revising already a published report. They introduced a new date category called ?acceptance date? and published in October bulletin. Now USCIS is claiming the report released is incorrect and the dates are once again revised. We spent thousands of dollars on preparing document copies, Medical Tests, Lawyer Fees, Shipping documents Fee for me and my wife. Our travel plans were disrupted as well due to this delay in filing AOS, EAD and Advance Parole. We are going through a great amount of mental stress at this time due to this shocking news published today.REPORT COMMENTS

We came to America legally, living here as any other law biding people,paying tax, paying expensive fees for H1B, H4 renewal every few years.Waiting patiently for many many years dreaming about the great American dream of freedom that we will get EAD, AP and we can travel freely to our home country , look for better job, buy home, live the American dream. When DOS announced two weeks back that we would get EAD, we had sigh of relief, something is better than nothing( we know we are not getting GC any soon ). We spent time waiting to get medical test done, getting all the shots , paying doctors fee, collecting all the documents , paying expensive attorney fee and now DOS says 'you can't apply'. What a misery, going through tremendous mental stress and financial loss. Is this is the life we longed for in America?. We don't have freedom to switch job, no freedom to visit our home country. What a inhumanly way to treat legal immigrants?. Whom can we expect to stand up to this kind of bad behavior of USCIS/DOS/DHS whoever is responsible. In the name of power , they are playing with our life. Please help us. Please ask USCIS/DOS/DHS to honor their word and retain the Sept 9, 2015 Visa bulletin dates. We are deeply disappointed and tired with the broken system here.We are here in US working legally for betterment of the country,paying our taxes for past 10 years.we waited so long for a sign of hope.finally we got some hope on Sep 9th.we had cancelled our emergency trip to India as we dint want to loose this opportunity.we spent while lot of money on collecting docs,spent hours in preparing in doc,spent money on medicals.and when we finally are ready with every thing we got news on Sep 25th saying dates reverted and shattered all our hopes.this is not acceptable and uscis is playing with our emotions yet again.I hope you consider our appeal and take necessary actions and do the justice.Thank youREPORT COMMENTS
