If your financial records become compromised by a foreign nation, the U.S. department of revenue will probably not be able to help you. THAT MAKES US SITTING DUCKS FOR BANKS LIKE PNC, BANK OF AMERICA, M&T, and list goes on and on. Theoretically, foreign countries have been given the opportunity to wreak havoc on our finances. Not only that, but when they sense that they exclusively possess the knowledge to process U.S. bank data, they will raise their rates and we will have to pay.
