There is no need for more imported foreign high-tech workers via H-1B visas. Not only does that hurt Americans seeking such jobs, it also hurts other countries worldwide. ?we should prohibit brain-draining the rest of the world with these H-1B visas. The idea that the richest country in the world has to pull in scientists, engineers, doctors, entrepreneurs, nurses from all these third world countries that are desperate for these skills is a poor sign to the extreme. Why are we brain-draining the rest of the world? And then we wonder why the rest of the world is not developing economically.? Ralph Nader 2008REPORT COMMENTS

We will NOT tolerate Disney replacing American workers with H1B visa foreigners. It's time to make an example of Disney and send corporate America the message that abusing the visa scam system by replacing American workers will not be tolerated!REPORT COMMENTS
