Many corporations use an onshore/offshore model which is 33% offshore in India, 33% H1B in the U.S., and only 10-30% of the positions go to Americans. The Americans employed into these positions are subjected to violations of EEO. Not to mention 70-90% of overqualified Americans forced into lower paying positions. What a drain on the U.S. economy. No home purchases, new car purchases, furniture purchases, vacations, college tuition for children, visits to doctors and dentists, gym memberships, golf course fees, and many, many other retail purchases lost because of this.REPORT COMMENTS

I visited disneyword in July of 2015 for 11 days with my wife and three children and spent approximately 7000.00 in the parks between tickets,food,and shopping and we also had planned a return trip of the same length for the 2015 2016 Holiday season including Christmas through new years day and leaving on January 2 of 2016. The money we have will be going to universal studios, unless Disney does the right thing for american workers by bringing them back from the humuliating circumstances surrounding their termination. They must also be allowed to return to their exact former jobs with the same pay as when they are supposed leave and also keep whatever severance pay package they were threatened with to train their foreign replacements. Bob Igor surely you know the growing power and teeth behind the anti immigration movement in this country. It is a massive nationalism movement set in motion by the anti american government establishment in Washington DC that is putting profits and bottom lines before the people of this country and we are pushing back with immense force to protect out children,neighbors and our very american identities. Do the right thing for the country that has propelled disney to be a household name, capture and join the nationalism movement and go with it.
