I work for a major bank and nearly 80% the technology staff is foreign workers. I have been a IT workers for over 30 years and I am ashamed of my country. Americans spend their money at these Banks, and these banks sale out American workers and hire cheap foreign labor to replace current American employees. What about our children who are graduating from college who desperately need these jobs. Is hiring cheap foreign workers to feel positions that could be easier felled by American college graduates fair? No it is not. This is unfair to future generations that will fuel the American economy.REPORT COMMENTS

I see 100% uptick of non Americans in tech jobs in USA.. these ppl are nice and understand why they are here but to allow our kids to go to college pay the high price and then can't find work while thousands of jobs are given to others who didn't come from here is just wrong.. And the left blowing smoker uo college kids*****getting them fi believe they will find work needs to stop.. I ask for a running count that can be view of AMericnas working verses Visa workers .. kids should know what their up against .. Also I am see older people be Fire for bs reason and young kids hired in their place.. Old is 45-65 and many time the kids are clueless in the field.. I demand a running count of age groups being let go , retired age , quit , fired vs young 19-39 being hired ..REPORT COMMENTS

It is this simple. Either start putting average American workers ahead of mega-corporations, who break the law at will these days, or we will ensure that you never see Washington D.C. again. In case you haven't figured it out yet, America is nearing revolt as these mega corporations stick money in politicians hands for favors. We are aware that your favors always benefit wealthy corporations. So warning. Every vote you cast will be analyzed and we will kick you the hell out of D.C. if you don't start jailing these monsters.REPORT COMMENTS

We already have 96 MILLION out of work. Why would YOU think that hiring foreign workers is a good idea, when it is ABSOLUTE DISRESPECT to hard-working, honest, law-abiding, naturally-born, Americans? I honestly think this is tied to the POS "equality, equal/civil rights, etc" BS! Keep destroying the workforce and the country. We have God knows how many immigrants in this nation already, let alone illegals and refugees. You'll regret this.REPORT COMMENTS

HR/corporate people are rewarded and incented to push more H-1B's through the pipe regardless of reality (e.g. it doesn't really save money in the long run, considering lost skills and productivity). So they do it as much as possible. Wall Street analysts demand it too, indirectly. BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES are supporting this. Maybe we should picket the Capital? I for sure will never go back to a Disney property or buy more DVD's or products (even ones I want). Disney has volunteered to be the substitute target for ALL anger on the topic. For many people that is going to be a permanent feeling.REPORT COMMENTS

Disney is full of non-American IT workers, outsourced jobs, & alligators. Need I say more. When I contracted there in 2015, they were spending money on upgrading their main roads. Obviously, to pack more in. If that money had been spent on safety, there would be a little boy alive today. I now understand Disney's priorities & position. And, yes, these executives know exactly what they are doing. Except this time they got caught.REPORT COMMENTS

As long as you treat IT as a commodity you will never get any extra value out of it. Should all our technical innovation be based solely on cheap labor? Where is the incentive for the brightest people to enter this field? There was a time when politicians argued that this country couldn't possibly survive without slavery. Today the descendants of that earlier bunch now argue that we can't possibly survive without H1B's.REPORT COMMENTS
