3rd time my soon to be X has done this to the men in her relationships, Held a gun to my head, and threatened to rape me, I called the police, to protect myself from false charges, they said its hear say,,,,,,, and a cival matter, she goes to the courts and LIES, gets the judge to sign,,,,,,, its a criminal matter for me, you , or whoever to defend, this is a nightmare, and if you don't defend it you get a 3 year restraining order on you, my x filed one in 3 countys lol, i had to travel 4 hrs 3 hrs and 5 hrs and spend 2,400 hiring lawyers just to get the venue changed to come back close to home, to defend something i didn't do, because i filed for divorce over infidelity, i cant eat or sleep over this, please pray for me, I'm struggling with survival every second of the day, -

My soon to be x told me,,,,,,,,,womens advocate groups in the courthouse ( PFA Division) encourage them to file, they actually,,,,,,DISTORT the legal term of abuse, to get a judge to sign off, isolation from friends and family, alcohol consumption (whether you drink or not ) threatened to harm her, or yourself, FEAR,,,,,ohhhh the fear, how can we look over the fear, lol lol sure you get it, go look the legal term for abuse in PA, my PFA was word for word what the definition wrote, based on LIESREPORT COMMENTS

Response, to the person in sandiego, who said his wife is constantly threatening him with domestic violence, Go to your nearest police station and start documenting it, make them file a report that you told them ( DO NOT LET HER KNOWN ) Hire a attorney ASAP, and contact your countys district Attorneys office, she will do it,,,,,,,, trust me, this is by far not a silver bullette but it will give you a paper trail to protect yourself, I was held hostage to this for 7 yars when I filed for divorce, she filed a PHONY restraining order on me, with her girlfriends co help, protect yourself and act now or you wil be sorry later, as I amREPORT COMMENTS

False claims, DCF investigations, and now I've been charged with violating a restraining order for packing to close to here while at mediation and the court trial....in the court house parking lot. They falsely accuse their boyfriends / husbands of domestic abuse, take as much as they can get from him (you don't have to be married.... they can legally STEAL a lot with a protective order!... and ALSO manipulate him into doing whatever she wants, for fear of going to jail).... then, move on to the next man, and do it to him too! This is ONLY possible because there is NO burden of proof, NO due process, and NO risk at ALL, for falsely accusing.... and they ALL know it! My brother and I would fight when we where teenagers my neighbor called the cops on him He was on probation so they gave him a domestic violence charge with out even speaking to me. Years later he got out met a girl they fought she was just as bad throwing things and biting and hitting him. Next girl she was cheating, controlling hit him with the phone because he had girls numbers in it when she was drinking smoking pot trying to drive the baby in the car. They got in a fight she was on dating site had no reason to hit him because she was doing the same thing. She got a small mark on her face and she called the cops next day. They arrested my brother who is on probation still. She kept trying to contact him when they had. No contact rule by judge. My brother should have called th cops on her, but he wouldn't she would show up to my moms house my other brothers house that's stalking. Next girl he meet was a stripper, prosatute had 2 girl daughters that live with her mom And a little boy from another relationship and she already had 5 guys put away for domestic violence. My brother and her had argument because he wanted to go out and she felt he was cheating mind you she is pregnant too like 2 weeks. Get in screaming match and neighbor call the cops and boom back in jail again. Do you see a pattern with theses people something more has to be done these women need to be put in jail also therapy they all need help and all need to stop playing the victims including my brother. It's a waste of tax payers money and cops time when there is real abuse going on where women are not able to get help or call anyone.REPORT COMMENTS

Found out my wife cheated on me years ago when we first bought our home together. Told her I would be divorcing her if I couldn't get past it. Things got better for a minute then they got worse. She didn't wanna deal w the problem of her cheating anymore so I told her to leave if she wanted but the kids weren't going anywhere as I was the stay at home dad spending most of the time with them. Well 2 days later she came home and picked up the kids while I wasn't home and told my Mother who watches our kids that they had a doctors appt. She went to a battered womens shelter. I found this out 2 months later after not seeing or speaking w my kids. I called the police as soon as she took the kids but they wouldn't give me any info on their whereabouts and just said I had to handle it in court. Then they arrested me for her allegations. It was 100 days before I got to see my kids and this is Supervised because now Im having to prove my innocence on her false allegations. Im wrapped up in lawyer fees for both family and criminal court now too. Oh and I have to pay $50 an hour just to see my kids for 5 hours on Saturday. All while there's no evidence of any of her allegations, no pics, never had to contact police at our home in 13 years and I had a perfectly clean record. This has almost ruined my life. Only reason why it hasn't completely is because I still have faith that the truth will prevail. Something NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT FALSE ALLEGATIONS OF DOMESTIC BATTERY ESPECIALLY DURING DIVORCE OR CUSTODY BATTLES. CAN SOMEONE ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!?!?!?!?!?!?REPORT COMMENTS

I was maliciously prosecuted by my ex wife for a violation of an order of protection, when she lives in another state with our son. The charges were later dropped, because they came to understand that I was COURT ORDERED to violate the order of protection since I MUST EMAIL THE PICKUP TIME AND LOCATION (and I will NOT leave my son out in the snow). They waited until hours before our jury trial before dropping the charges, leaving me with tens of thousands of dollars in attorneys fees, and my mugshot all over the internet which cannot be removed unless you pay each website over $300. To make things worse, I am the true victim of domestic violence and spousal abuse, but because I am a man no-one will believe me. During the great recession, I was a stay-at-home dad. We could not pay the bills so I asked to have a talk at the table. I remained seated while she stood and raised a hand to hit me and she called me "her *****". When she got no reaction out of me, she called the police anyways. The police here in Taylors, SC asked me to leave my home and my son for whom I was primary caregiver. I was so distraught that I did not cry, I wailed. I managed to get visitation, but my x-wife does everything possible to prevent us from having a good relationship. Thankfully, our bond remains strong but unfortunately it is under great stress. I never hit a woman in my life and I am now remarried to a true victim of domestic violence. We love each other and help each other cope with nightmares and trauma. A police officer witnessed my current wife being beaten by her former spouse. The family court even granted full custody to my current wife's former abusive spouse, who then held a handgun to her daughter's head while drunk. I was also abused to the point of near death by my father when I was young (strangulation). When he was divorcing my mother, he took me to a counselor. I immediately asked the counselor to help me because I was being abused. He simply stated: "tell me more about your mother". I understand now that the family court system in the U.S. is terribly corrupt and unconstitutional. People who know me are asking me to write a book. This is the truth, I swear upon my heroic grandfather's grave. Please help!REPORT COMMENTS

I went to a lawyer and reported this over FEAR 4 years ago, and I went to try to report this to the prothonatarys office (PFA DIVISION) the response I got was,,,,,,,,,,,, A male is the ALLEGED ABUSER, you cant file a complaint, now here I am at age 51 in bad health I lost my job, my dog died, I have zero income, I'm going thru a divorce over infidelity and false restraining order charges, and defending myself over something I didn't do.
