Falsely accused of DV with no proof. Special commissioner over hearing upheld the RO even after my spouse admitted to doing this just to get me removed from family home. On top of that been arrested for failure to adhere to RO and harassment because I gave money to spouse in my son's bag when he returned from visit with me. Then charged with aggravated stocking which is a felony, for attending counciling for my son after spouse specifically invited me and said I was welcome to come, which I have proof of in text messages. All these charges have been processed without 1 cop ever talking to me or investigating any of it. I'm so tired of it! On top of it I'm not working cause of neck surgery so have no money for lawyer and now may lose everything in divorce proceedings, on top off facing jail, and felony record. And also have found out through phone records that future x-wife has a relationship other than citizen to civil servant with the cop that is issuing all these charges.REPORT COMMENTS

My ex was granted a temp emergency protective orders on the ground of me repetitively contacting her in all matters regarding our son also is falsly stating I'm beating on her door attempting to break in she has also falsly stated I have threatened the lives of her and her three children only the oldest is our son the others are two other fathers and claims I'm smoking k2 and also states I threaten to take her kids away my correct statement was with her actions it will come to a position as to where all three fathers can have emergency custody of our children the allegations that she has implied to me are exactly the same things she has said about her second oldest child's father almost word for wordREPORT COMMENTS

A close family member is facing this injustice now, wrongfully accused of domestic violence by a cheating spouse. I'm amazed that he wasn't allowed a voice against the lies. A wonderful, loving father kicked out of his home and allowed very limited visitation of the children he loves so dearly. Domestic violence is a terrible thing but there has to be a better way of weeding out those that take advantage of the process. Lie detectors, character witnesses, something! I fear for the children. My dad has never hurt anyone. Him and his wife got in an argument, and she ran upstairs to the neighbor and said "he's trying to kill me," then went BACK downstairs. Police came and told him to leave the area solely on her word. He came back to get his phone and work keys, and she called the cops again. She pulled out his gun and put it on the table for the minute he went to grab his keys. She screamed until the cops were called again. This time he was put in jail with a 25k bond on hearsay. He has been stuck in jail for one week. His wife has since cleaned out his bank accounts, and come back to take the rest of the electronics including my little brother's Wii console of all things. She has changed the password to his email and posted as him on facebook. Even if he is proven innocent, this has disrupted his life for good. This will be on his record. He might lose his job, apartment, and he has no financial security now. His family friend bailed him out, but that was money that didn't have to be spent if things were handled differently. Both parties should be taken and questioned in domestic disputes.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been wrongfully accused of domestic violence I have two honorable discharges from the ARMY an associates in criminal justice and a clean record I spent 3 months in jail, they offered me a plea of disorderly conduct and I refused it. I have no money I became homeless and they wouldn't even let me see my son for his 1st birthday and that is the hardest thing i have ever dealt with in my life.REPORT COMMENTS

ruby dobbs not only claim false abuse 2 times with 2 different fathers of her kids to get custody.one of them the day after she was charged with child abuse for being to drunk to take care of them and the so called abusive father came to her house so they wouldn't take her kids to foster care,, she also claimed rape abuse after 8 months being divorced because she needed a pity for CPS so they wouldn't take her kids away. OH and CPS sucked in all the drama. Im not saying women are not abuse because I learned myself how to say no and pick up a ball bat...when they file a complaint they should have to sign a form saying if they claim false abuse there are jail penalties.
