Falsely accused again! It happened over and over with most recent being she wanted to stay in my home and control. She's been labeled borderline personality by several mental health therapists. She is just that. She's smart and works for a law firm, so knows how to work the system. Precociously filed 5 injunction and all were retracted by her once she got her way (house deed, prior to that rent money, bills, etc) it's evil and once arrested we men have no rights....whatever she says they belief and arrest! Now kicked out of my home, my friends place to stay because she knows that address and where I can go. I'm already ruined, but this is happening everywhere and it is crippling our society and the relationships dads have with their children. It's sad and frustrating, nothing seems to be ever done about it. Best thing we end up doing is leaving our children to stay out of jail for the rest of our lives. Please stop this somehow. I have just been falsely accused as well, and an order of a repeat violence injunction was put on me. This woman is my husband's ex-mistress and has resurfaced the scene since him and I have decided to work things out again. She has now gone to the court in Lake County, FL on 11/16/2015 and filed a repeat violence injunction on me stating that I called her on three different days and threatened her which is a complete lie. However, it is a ploy to ruin my record and reputation being that I am 5 months away from obtaining my AA degree at LSSC. I have always held reputable jobs and she wants to destroy that. Unfortunately, there does not have to be anything proving her allegations and now this will be on my record as making me look like I am some crazy, psychotic person threatening another person's life. The Woman's Protection Act is both sexist and unconstitutional.... "Mandatory Arrest" of the MALE accused is absolutely absurd in terms set forth by our Judicial Process.... Reasonable Suspicion isnt necessary to arrest a man accused of any type of Domestic Offense nor anything else. I was arrested for domestic battery two months ago, hearsay evidence isn't supposed to be admissible in court yet, when i went to plead guilty to a "Unlawful Restraint" (beause they couldnt stick the DB to me) they read a Victim Impact Statement by my accuser in which she state I had killed 7 people in 9 months, presented illegally obtained firearm to her, victimized her, threatened to kill her mother, showed up late night drunk and covered in blood told her that if she ever left me I would kidnap her an rape her until I got her pregnant an MANY MANY other ridiculous accusations. She wasnt even in the same state as me and these were all without ANY KIND OF SUBSTANTIATING EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THEM, yet still the judge read mentioned VIS before deciding whether or not I could receive probation, I couldn't "cross examine" my witness as a piece of paper cannot answer questions or have any kin of legal rights that are given to me at my disposal, also her mother filed many many falsified police documents on me even showed up to my property tried to force her way in, attacked me, all the while yelling that im a woman and child beating murderer... I called the police and told them abut the previous false claims she had made against me ect ect and all they did was refuse to arrest her an barred her from my property saying if she came again THEN she would goto jail, I had MULTIPLE witnesses all saw her attacking me and no arrest was made... yet, all it takes for a man to be jailed is a "HE HIT ME" an poof jail. My life was destroyed because the man I was living with went and took a false TPO on me I was never served by the Sheriffs Dept but yet the Atlanta Police was able to put me out of my home at 3am! I only was allowed to leave with some of my clothes only what he wanted me to have...and I was the victim of domestic violence and was going to take a real TPO on him but he beat me to it! I found this site while searching for an answer to what to do about my wife, for now, who perjured herself in court about the ownership of the Lexus I bought before we were married. Now she is in another state racking up tickets and citations all in the registered party's name- me. I read a number of the other posts here and my story and sentiment is no different then the rest. We all understand the spirit of protective orders for the sake of being able to really help a person in a legitimate violent situation. In my case, she filed this farce against me 2 weeks after had her served with divorce. And 6 weeks after we were apart. Her lawyer proudly stated he made her do it at our 30 day conference on the divorce. So for the sake of strategy in a divorce I've had my life shattered. When I saw the original affidavit of claims I literally cried. Picture the worst things you could say to get law enforcement to do whatever you want- rape, beating her, dragging her around by her hair... I was literally in shock. I've never laid an aggressive finger on her. Again, my story is the same as all of yours. With a twist. I got 5 minutes on the stand to contest an hour of out of context testimony and literal fabrications so of course I got the 12 month order against me. The twist is that I was so crushed and beaten by it and the system that when she came to the house to get some things with the Sherriff I lots my mind. Her real agenda wasn't her belongings, it was to talk to me about reconciling. For the sake of my son I agreed. We dismissed the divorce and began the process of dismissing the PO and creating a family again,but it got sidetracked by an illness with her mother that finally took her life. Time went on a few more months and every effort to connect live and to see my 3 year old got prevented by seemingly bad timing issues and it became very tense as i risked every ounce of better judgement for the sake of my family in her and my son. Out of the blue she went 4 weeks of not calling or replying to calls or texts until I was served with an order to appear in court in PA for violating the order. I have a hearing there in 2 weeks. I have a custody hearing there next week. It was all a setup to make me look like a monster in custody court. The worst/best thing about it is that a few puzzling incidents over the past 4 months just fell into place yesterday.... I found out she had actually been cheating on me there. So while she told the courts here she was fleeing to PA because I'm a monster, she was actually going for a whole different reason. There are a LOT of different kinds of abuse and the kind that I have suffered with this woman for our 5 years together are traumatizing to a point I didn't know existed. Yet, there just isn't anything I can do about it in this guilty until proven guilty, until proven guilty broken process that I as a truly innocent man has to endure.
