Was accused falsely twice by ex wife Stephanie Byers and exaggerated the first time She hit herself and used wrong hand on third episode and Tooele county sherriff finally realized she had been lying and abusing system the whole tjme trying to destroy me Second time she had to get a lawyer to get her off the hook by saying she exacerbated the situation so she wouldn't have to go to trial First time she accused me of knocking her to floor and had marks and bruise s which if she did was at her own hand Never blinked at lying to a judge Mack Dow or domestic violence advocate in Tooele to get protective orders that were thrown out Would make fun of protective orders and want to come sleep with me days after release saying the protective orders were not a big deal Never ever once held accountable in Tooele county for being a false accuser I lost two jobs Spent 15 days in jail between two of the episodes Had marks and scratches and bruises of my own and multiple attempts to push me down the stairs from behind and once successfully off the deck in the dark where I hit my head on the concrete when I landed Women who abuse the system to make themselves out as victims are a drain on resources that should be used to help real victims The courts should be held accountable for supporting itREPORT COMMENTS

My 2 girls were stolen in 2005 because of false domestic violence orders and 100% cps - fraud family and circuit courts in clay county west Virginia. Have not seen or had my girls since but one was raped in there care .and cps relation has them till this day! Rebecca and cassidy Kessler .any help is much needed as courts have not getting any better ! To this day ! I've tried everything ! Hello I'm a 44 year old male. Who was with my wife since I was 13 yes. Old, and planned on taking my last breath with her, unfortunately she has acquired a new interest in another man and it has torn apart the family. She had asked me to walk out of our daughters lives ages 22 to 8 years old,we have a total of 5 daughters toghter. Since I declined to walk out she has made a number of attempts. To place a. R.o. against me.two have been thrown out by the courts because they were without merit, unfortunately the third attempt was granted,and now I'm losing my daughters and my life based on lies,that I have tried to submit to courts,the innocence I'm trying to show includes my two oldest daughters my 8 yr. old, two. Respected neighbors,and two respected roomates who are all willing and have testified,only for the judge to continue to uphold the r.o and not allow me to present even new truthful facts.I'm beginning to lose faith in the judicial while my ex wife makes a mockery of it and is gaining full sole and physical custody of my two youngest daughters ,who if I may do not wish to be with her at the moment because of her actions against me and because she has them around a person who has threatened my life more than once and has been to prison and here recently has been abusive towards them only for law enforcement to determine not enough evidence to support the claimes which are true with yet again witnesses.my two daughters are in fear ,and intimidated by both my ex and the other male I'm hoping and pleading to you to please take a closer look at my situation as well as others that are similar before something tragic happens two our children or any person male of female.and to ensure the people that you have been chosen by to instill the confidence,faith,honor,and moral obligation of right and wrong the good will over come evi . 17yrs. Later and I still can't sleep. I'm so angry and there seems to be nothing that anyone can do. Get over it, move on, you have to let it go. I lost a $40k a year job, now they are making 60k a year union job. I have no medical, that I can afford, no pension, no retirement in place. I was falsely accused my by command in Fort Sam Houston TX in 2014 of touching a girl butt in 2010 and they charge me with sexual assault a BCD and busted to E-1 and made me register as a Sex Offender. They took away my rights to talk with Criminal Investigation Department, never reported the allegations until I reported it, my lawyer did the bare minimum and lie on my behalf and tried to make a plea deal without my knowledge. Now I'm suffering with PTSD, SUCIDE THOUGHTS, DEPRESS ION, ANXIETY AND HOMELESS. No one seems to care that the victim lied , was very inconsistent with her statement and that her witness lied on false official statements.REPORT COMMENTS

Yes this is an injustice to men, but more importantly to the innocent children that are in some cases being abused by the women accusers.this has to be changed. My wife suffersfrom mental i!illness and has threatened suicide and to take the children " with her "when she does this. Yet the courts willingly tossed me from our home and left the children with her as she tried to harm both herself and them. Thank goodness my daughter was old enough to defend herself and call my parents whointurn were able to get the police to the home. But, all my wife did wastell them that her daughter had attacked her and they believed it. Horrible guilty till proven innocent injustice. I have texts from her admitting that shge lied on the request....I have texts where she clearly admits that she used it as a means to have me removed from our home and that she was simply angry because she is delusional. Horrible law. I thankfully now have shared custody And shge NEVER takes them so I get them almost all of the time but shge continues to terrify both of the children by constantly telling them ( on the rare occasions that she does have them) that she will have daddy arrested again f they do not do exactly what she tells them. I speak from experience on this matter, and have suffered the consequences from a fraudulent accusation. I did have a private attorney and after 60 days inside the aggravated tank in Dallas County jail, over a year going to court, plus spending over $6000 the best I could do was being forced to plea to a crime I did not commit. In return my alleged felony was reduced to a misdemeanor, so I'm not a felon, but I found out after the fact that the misdemeanor with "Domestic Violence" tag will not allow me to purchase or own a handgun, and has already disqualified me from several employment opportunities. My wife filed a restraining order against me claiming domestic abuse. She filed this the day after I filed for divorce against her. Married for 6.5 years, and the day after I file for divorce, she claims I'm abusing her. Ironically, a CPS investigation was also opened within just a few days of this, and I know my wife accused me because of the internet search history on our shared computer. I haven't seen my kids for 3 weeks, and have been interviewed like I'm some sort of criminal based solely on my wife's lies. Glad I can afford an attorney, but my wife should have to pay for all the charges racked up by multiple court appearances regarding her false claims.REPORT COMMENTS

I have a friend who has sent her husband to prison for Domestic Abuse. She is the abusive one. She had told several of us what was going to happen a week before it did. She over medicated her husband. Women like this are the ones who make it hard for the ones who are truly abused. We all tried to talk , but its like this county had already made up its mind. The court needs to realize that people, male and female, are victims of domestic violence and abuse. When a man attempts to protect himself by reporting a violent woman, the legal system assumes that the man has, in some way, instigated the assault.
