My husbands ex has made us victims to her parental alienation for 3.5 years. The oldest child 13 has been in and out of mental institutions due to her mentally abusing her kids. Yet somehow she manipulates her kids into believing she’s this great mother who is the victim. Everything is turned around. She’s even able to convince friends, family, etc she’s the poor victim and we the villains. She stalks us, harassed us, lies, manipulates, etc. This woman literally decided to buy a home behind ours. I begged her not to yet she did, I feel this proves she is the one harassing and stalking us. She’s logged so many CPS and cop reports against us that I had to move from Holland MI to Kalamazoo, in hopes of escaping her crazy yet it hasn’t helped. She’s gone on court record stating I was convicted of being a child abuser in another state, plus a stalker, etc... and my husband a child molester... I could go on and on, it just never ends. I’m sick of defending myself as it’s always bogus allegations. The kids are completely brainwashed and mean towards us. But nothing stops her, she can’t stop lying and spreading rumors. Yet she’s always done that, online she claims she has graduated from 2 different colleges plus is a paramedic... but has never graduated any college, only attended Western for a few months. She claimed she’s the president to a non-profit disaster relief organization yet in reality the organization doesn’t exist and never did. Sadly we’ve now discovered all three of his kids may not be his! The hell never ends with this woman! Including she’s been diagnosed bipolar schizophrenic but the courts don’t take that into account unless she wants to let them know and of course she doesn’t. Total nightmare. To top it, now claims she’s fully disabled due to a fender bender and can’t work. She takes all of our money and wants more and more. She’s broken into our bank accounts and stole money to pay her credit card. She’s had her boyfriend that was the Vice President of the Northpointe Bank in Holland Michigan illegally access our financial records, which forced him to resign plus the FDIC removed his license and not allowed to practice in the financial world after 27 years of doing so... the list is forever and a day... yet she is allowed to keep at it and no one cares and the law seems to protect the crazy and bad! How is this? -

This unfortunate disaster is happening in my own family right now. Seeing children being brainwashed and used as projectiles by a parent that has absolutely no parenting skills is heartbreaking. A crime is being committed, but the law.., well let's not even start about the law, Courts, Lawyers. Parental Alienation, no documents or proof that There was any reason whatsoever that my children should've been removed from my care other than the false allegations my ex husband's mother made. Five years my case has been reset postponed and bounced around like it doesn't matter.bi was promised unsupervised visits if I took a drug test and passed the CASA home inspection which I did but never received my promised visits. A parent that didn't love their child wouldn't be fighting gor them everyday but a parent that is fighting to be a part of their child's life should not be penalized for it.REPORT COMMENTS

My Nephew has suffered this type of abuse for over four years from his Mother (my sister) She kept him from his Father and Grandmother (Nanny) for malicious reasons. No child should have to go through this type of torture from their very own Mother. This absolutely should be a punishable crime! My grandson has suffered this abuse from his mother (my daughter) for over four years as well as being kept from me for a year at a time. His Dad is hands down the better parent. This needs to be added to child abuse criteria. Professionals (judges, lawyers, city officials, school administrators, psychologists, counselors, CPS/DHS officials, clergy, etc) need to be made aware of this and have continuing education classes pertaining to this horrific epidemic. Because my children shouldn't have to feel imprisoned in one home and free in another. They want to see/be with their siblings and see their family, too. How can one person convince a courtroom that they are better off NOT being with their primary caretaker since birth? Easy... lies. And to reinforce those lies, is to convince the children that I don't care about them. That all the turmoil I'm experiencing since our separation (due to his violent behaviors) is justification for me being a "bad person". He gets away with tearing me from my children because he's in the military, and we live in a town who would rather thank HIM for his service while dismissing ours as a family. Because he was the sole income, he can call me "crazy," "lazy," and a "neglectful parent," and garner instant sympathy. Parental Alienation is wrong. It is a crime not only against the parents who actually care about the well-being of their children, but it's a crime against the children who so desperately need the parents they've been attached to as a constant, stable force in such a tumultuous time.REPORT COMMENTS

I was never aware of this hanneous form of child abuse until my then husba5of 34 years got himself a girlfriend and now, two years later has turned all 4 of our children against me, and lied to a superior court judge to get full custody of our then 12-year-old son and move him 2500 miles to the other side of the country to keep him away from me.
