These laws serve absolutely no purpose for making the citizens of the state of CA safer. All they do is inhibit the honest citizen from protecting his or her own from the criminal, a criminal that does not buy or obtain a gun legally and has no regard for the law, therefor these laws will not change the criminal mind nor sway the criminal from breaking the law or obtaining an illegal firearm.REPORT COMMENTS
