Taking gun rights will endanger law abiding citizens to protect themselves and their family's Thus criminals with guns will kill more innocent civilians who have been restricted by you and your colleagues to protect themselves and family's The courts may find you could become liable based on the Constitution and the case That would be one for the ACLU to look into?

Another great idea, like your bullet train that starts in nowhere and goes to nowhere, connecting nothing. But these bills will cause death and pain because the PERPS. will still have them..

Again, this is yet another attack on lawful citizens and laughably a Ruger 10-22 plinker. When will we go after real criminals who could care less about the law anyhow? I suggest we start by stopping their release into our streets. Let's pray reason and logic return to our leadership soon!

The proposed gun laws do not do any thing to stop criminals, but only hurt law abiding citizens. Criminals don't care about gun laws. Let's make a real difference in trying to stop criminals and reduce crime by imposing more severe penalties on repeat offenders. The proposed gun laws will do nothing to help. It will only effect already law abiding citizens.

Gov Brown The Senate and H of R in our Capital have not been listening to the people of this state. Creating law that benefit your bank accounts and back door deals. Do not sign these anti-gun laws that go directly against the Constitution and the Bills of Rights. Stop these infringements and obey your Oath.

Start following the Constitution, stop violating the rights of citizens, as you give rights to illegal aliens who are criminals.

Brown finds it appropriate to punish the law abiding people of California for what a few criminals did? This is what those of no intelligence and ready to accept bribes do. This is what traitors do. This is not to be stood for. Just what part of -- SHALL NOT BE ABRIDGED does Brown not understand?? What does it take?? Crayons and a coloring book?? Or does it take a higher bid, a bigger bribe for him not to sign the bill?? The California legislature has made it loud and clear. They do NOT work for the people of California. They work for a foreign interest. They work AGAINST the people of California. This is the time Brown declares EXACTLY who he works for.

With increasing crime rates in my local area of San Jose and more being homicides (mostly from non-gun violent acts), I no longer feel safe and with the given number of police that are on active duty, that safety is not ensured especially if I cannot even defend myself with the same means that criminals do. Am I supposed to give up my rights so the criminals can walk all over me and my family? If these laws do pass, you are only throwing away your freedom and rights to a "Security" that doesn't exist. If we law-abiding citizens continue to follow the laws, we will eventually reach the point where those who don't follow them will take control over our fates. I will continue to fight for my rights and more so than ever as our country continues to disarm its citizens so it can one day take over our daily lives instead of us being in control of our own.
