These proposed gun control laws are unconscionable, unconstitutional, and a travesty to California and United States citizens if allowed to be signed into law. The men and women in power of the California state Assembly and state Senate who fast tracked this legislation through committee should be ashamed. Members or the California state Assembly and state Senate have shown the people of California they will blatantly manipulate bills and pervert our rule of law to push their agenda forward, we cannot allow this type of legislation to become law. -

This bill, SB374, as well as the entire slew of bills in the queue are an affront to the Constitution, Federal law, and most importantly the citizens of California. We law abiding citizens should not have what are essentially illegal laws foisted upon us, in an effort to make people think that somehow it will solve the problem of criminals who don't obey the law. Truth of the matter is, out of 39 million people living in California. It only take 2 bad apples to make the national news. These gun laws will do nothing to stop them .
