No more anchor babies. The 14th Amendment was never intended for the way it us used now. This outdated law has been causing our taxdollars to be wrongfully spent. The anchor babies get free healthcare while in the meantime, the true US citizens are forced to pay high premiums for healthcare otherwise they get penalized. They also get subsidized housing while we are barely taking care of the homeless veterans who have put their lives on the line to fight for our country and denying affordable housing to those who truly deserve it, and they are getting free public education alongside with paying extra to hire bilingual teachers and grants for higher education while the true US citizens have to pay the high cost of higher education. No more. We need free or affordable healthcare, take the homeless vets off the street and provide afforable housing, and make higher education affordable that way we can make America great again.REPORT COMMENTS

I am an American citizen currently living and running an English education business in China. I have lived here for over 5 years and I can tell you, one of the biggest businesses here is birth tourism. There are adds everywhere. "Travel to America and get your child citizenship!" Most of the parents I meet in my area of work have American citizen children. Neither parent are American, know of the culture or can even speak the language. These people do not pay taxes nor do they pay all the medical bills they accrue after they give birth to their child. My daughter goes to an international school and you must be a foreign citizen to get into that school. There is not one foreign face in my daughters class except her and not one parent except me if a foreign citizen. This has got to stop! The goal of these families is to petition for citizenship the entire family to get their green cards when their child comes of age, which will burden the American taxpayer and the healthcare system. We will have to take care of their parents and grandparents and they have not put anything into paying for these services. Again it will be put on the American tax payer. They are taking advantage of our laws and system and not putting anything in. They joke and laugh about how stupid America is for giving them this right and tell all their friends to take advantage of this opportunity to get free benefits from the hard working Americans. I've worked over 30 years in California as nurse for anchor babies, all genetically deformed and as lifelong expense for California taxpayers. All families were illegal and receive welfare benefits for all in family for life. They tell me in honest they come for all the free benefits, with no sense of obligation or gratitude or intentions of ever learning the language or assimilating or becoming citizens. I have cared for more anchor babies than most see in a lifetime. I'm now 71 and not once did I ever take advantage of benefits I needed as a citizen that I might have. Enough. 30 plus years is enough . All foreigners come here for the rights our ancestors died for and for all the benefits possible if we are stupid enough to keep giving out. Our own citizens are now addicted to Obamas welfare bait. Keep them all stupid, fat, and stoned on tv or other useless lifestyle and away from a real education. All babies born in the United States should inherit the citizenship status of the birth mother because she is the only biological parent who absolutely must be present at the birth, and there is no question that she is the mother.
