The anchor baby provision is no longer appropriate. In the 1800's it had a purpose. We do not need the money drain now. If people would just stay home and revolt against their masters we would all be better off. Close the borders for 40a years and teach revolution to Mexicans, etc. -

I have met people born here through birth tourism but grew up in another country. They have no loyalty to this country, no respect to the law here. They plan to bring their parents here in the future when their parents retire and ready to enjoy the handed-out benefit because the elderly will have no income here. Why are we doing this? Our government is suppose to protect hard-working citizens and manage this country right. We welcome people to visit and enjoy this beautiful country. I am a retired nurse supervising care over 40 Years via Medicaid in Calif to mostly Anchor babies. Don't tell me they don't cost US citizens anything. You can't imagine the medical care costs of just one child over 20 to 40 years for the severely disabled. I never had for my child or myself such expensive care, that's because I worked unlike their parents. Enough is enough. We have our own US citizens and Vets to consider. They are aware of every possible right they are entitled to and hate Americans and our culture. Do you know how it fells as an American in my own country to be told by these lower class peasants that I should learn to speak their language. I'm retired now and pray we can take back our country that our leaders have failed to keep secure .REPORT COMMENTS
