How are the citizens of other countries under the jurisdiction of the US Federal Government? Americans should know that all of these people, including asylum seekers, have NOT disavowed their allegiance or citizenship to their native country. And to whom does that freshly born babe belong to; the parents or the US Federal Government? If the latter, then why does the native land of that child's parents bestow their citizenship upon that child? Every Mexican illegal alien anchor baby is an automatic Mexican citizen. The same is said of most other countries. US Law, prior to the anchor baby provisions made for the Bracero Program post-WWII, disallowed dual-citizenship. -

I have a good friend who is a doctor. She routinely gets calls from foreign families coming to the US for "vacation" while pregnant, wanting to know that if they happen go into labor, can she deliver their baby at Presby Hospital. She asks how far along they are and it's "any day now". She declines the specific services. I know of a lady, whose parents did the same thing for her and siblings. Now, she has done it for all her (3)-Children. They are all "FAKE AMERICANS!" They just come into the USA to have their babies. This particular lady had the audacity to post herself and her new child going back to her town in Mexico. She had her Dad and (2)-brothers "FAKE AMERICANS" who came to the USA, to be with her for her birth....all on our DIME!! Can't the USA check to see that these kids don't even go to school in the USA. They don't live here!! Someone please, DON, please stop this madness. And this lady is not nice, and neither is her family. They are pretentious bad people. Her brothers also should not be allowed into our country! He has a few children scattered around the USA taking no responsibility. This family is arrogant and nasty to their own people in Mexico. I’ve worked with the illegal population in LA, CA for 38 years, they never get off welfare or end pregnancies, nor speak English, nor do they ever intend to assimilate, on the contrary, they tell each other how to work the system to its max. Their arrogance is sickening. In Mexico their behavior would cause dismissal from work, and brutality from police and they know it. They are opportunistic lower classes of Mexico. Their own country doesn’t give a damn about them but we educate them, feed them, provide best healthcare for them, protect them and they spit on our flag our culture etc. Enough, we need legal vetted immigrants that bring something positive to our table, I have lost my patience after 40 years. What blood have they lost fighting for this land, where are the night schools with those learning our Language, learning our values, our customers. I was told once, you can’t serve two masters for one or both will be underserved. That’s why we need a National language law passed and it would be English. All nations have this law in place. We never had this division before not until about 1970 when they started coming in , invading . This cultural division would not be if we simply taught English first and spoke only English in our public schools.
