I know of two Lebanese sisters, one who came to NY NY for 3 months just to have a baby and one who plans to come to LA area in March solely to have a baby. Their doctor spends time in Lebanon and then in the US just to help Middle Eastern mothers have US births (citizens as children). Its such a scam, it so wrong. -

We need an amendment to modify the rules of citizenship. They were written in the late 1700's, and reality has changed since then. We no longer have a continent which needs population, or difficulty traveling to anywhere on the globe. And we have a lot of entitlements!
