This is an unfair tax that should be stopped. If we the white female business owners have to pay this 10% tax than the nail salons and beauty shops need to pay it too. This is unfair and if President Bush would of done this with the Beauty salon he would of been called a racist so in the words of now President Obama is a racist and he should be ashamed to do this to the American people who voted for him so that we can support the uninsured... This bill is just another racquet for dermatologist's and doctors to try and close the Tanning Industy down, while they continue to make and market sunscreens that are full of carcinogens. this is not about custoer safety, it is about the almighty dollar, and the health industry has spent millions trying to get this bill passed.The tanning industry is miscicule compared to the health industry and can't afford the lobbyist's to get this bill reversed.REPORT COMMENTS

This is very unfair, not only for the lady that owns the tanning salon I go to, but also to me. The incrrease is passed on to us customers or she would have to close.
