Probation and parole board is playing games with my brothers life has completed more than 85% of time and not allowing him to come home have lost our father grandfather grandmother and mom is sick he really needs to be at home before all his family is gone there saying poor adjustments who can adjust to jail if its not the lifestyle you live or can get use to.And just because people make bad decisions and mistakes doesn't mean youre not human have any of you ever stayed in a cell or thing you can adjust,How are you all rehabilitating when the jail system is so corrupt gangs,bullying,drug usage,sales of drugs in prison corrupt c-o"s,or c-o's who just don't care about the offenders.Some c-o"s bring drugs into facility so how can anybody adjust to that environment.REPORT COMMENTS

When we send young adults to prison it is like send military trainees to basic training. The Parole Boards have the training/expertise to determine which inmates are ready to be released. We sent up the prison system and have yet to get it right.REPORT COMMENTS

I truly support this bill and concur that inmates should be given the option of early release upon the actions of their lifestyle changes while being incarcerated. My grandson was not driving the car that was in a wreck the girl in the back seat without a seat belt was killed I told the driver to let me out but he refused told the girl put your seat belt on afterwards I got scared and ran I started having flash backs because my dad was killed in a similar way I have PTAs which my lawyer left that out although I was not the driver I was sentenced to 3 years and with a violent crime I am 18 T hat is the way he ask me to write this letter T hats how people get trapped in prison My name is Bailey PicouREPORT COMMENTS
