My son was sentence to 38 years for a crime he did NOT commit due to one of the codefendant taking a plea from the State and naming my son as the mastermind of the crime they commited. They charged him with conspiracy among other charges. He had never been arrested and has never been in trouble with the law. A college student with a very bright future which was taken away from him as they used the Principsl Rule theory and the conspiracy to convict him. This criminal justice system is designed to distroy rather than to rehabilitate our young people. I support this petition as a mother who knows and have seen the unbalanced scale of justice in our Courts.REPORT COMMENTS
