Please look into my husband cases.Eric Livingston was under investigation doing my husband cases he cohearsed the whole trail and my husband was falsely accused of a cell phone that didnt appear in court.he was sentence to 5years in Princegeorge Mary k.Martin was paid to defend him and at the end she said she was court appointed to him so i guess she was paid off by the commonwealth Eric Livingston to get off the case please respond to this matter concerning his charges that didn't commit but is still incarcerated since 2012Feb 1st, 2016Someone from South Fulton, TN writes:
My "inmate" is my only son. He has lost his father while incarcerated and now my health is bad. He is not due to get out until 2019 and has been locked up since 2007. He has completed at least 6 programs including getting his GED and has been in no trouble at all. I am almost 72 years old and I am afraid I won't be here when he gets out. Our federal courts and federal judges are out of control when setting such long prison sentences that are impossible for families to deal with. If the same crime occurred in the State, the prison sentence would be one tenth of the sentence. Why not parole? Federal prisons offer rehabilitation programs so why not put them into effect with a reasonable parole program?REPORT COMMENTS

My husband is currently serving a 12 year sentence for a white collar crime. He was punished with a harsh sentence because he chose to go to trial instad of taking a plea. My daughters and I have been suffering terribly from his loss. Families are destroyed. Lives ruined.
