The sentences being forced are exorbitant and often do not fit the crimes. Bring back parole and give families a chance to get back to normal life before they become too damaged. The poor are more often than not most effected by these unfair sentences by not being able to afford a decent attorney to represent them and getting shafted by public defenders that often encourage them to take unfair plea bargains just to keep the meat conveyor moving.REPORT COMMENTS

The parole board has the discretion to release an inmate. Everyone is different and people can change. I vote yes on federal parole.
