I would say bring the parole system back for Federal Offenders, the ones there need to be out and working cause sit too long it makes it I guess you can say too easy.. after spending a little bit of time let him out on federal parole or get them in the house detention sooner at least they can get out and work take care of families if they have to staying locked up and locked up it's just an easy way of having to get out of responsibilities that they may have at home.. but you would need to let them know the circumstances that if they mess up again it will be twice as bad...REPORT COMMENTS
