    If the addition of a child is worthy of 12 weeks of leave, then the loss of one should be too. Losing a loved one is devastating, possibly losing your job because of it makes it even worse.

    only 2-3 days off for a loss of a child is just ridiculous. A person is not able to understand what a loss of a person is until it hits home. Hope this passes.
