As a Staff Sergeant in a National Guard Aviation unit, currently deployed in Afghanistan, I find this idea to be absurd. I have served faithfully for 12 years in an AH-64 unit, and the idea that all that time and effort can be wiped away with the stroke of a pen is insulting.
