    "Mothballing the Kiowa fleet is puzzling." Indeed, the OH-58 Kiowa has a history of maintaining higher flying operational tempo at less cost while other platforms flew less AND cost more. In a time where budget constraints necessitate doing more with less... why in the world are we getting rid of the most cost-effective aircraft in the Army's inventory?
