What about Child Protection agencies, Dept of Human Services, Family Courts, Guardian Ad Litems, Judges, Attorneys, Prosecutors and Cops who are all corrupt and more interested in procedures and dockets rather than families? These people have way too much power over good families with children and teenagers with problems that their parents did not directly cause. Hired gun psychologists finding conclusions that the courts and the rest want to hear. We were just intimidated on the morning of a court date about an alleged threat made to a DHS worker (garbage)....pretty transparent! They all need to be held to a different and higher standard than assembly line justice and cookie cutter solutions to family problems. There was no divorce in our case, just tried to get more help for our child. Teenegrs have no frontal lobe, why does the law allow them to drive the bus especially when it has been proven by the courts own hired guns they are mentally ill? This family court system was created to protect children from bad parents and to make parents that don't want to raise their child pay child support since they don't want to be in their life. Thing is tho after a divorce or break up the family courts don't award us good fathers and some mothers equal custody. They give one of us 4 days a month and child support order we gotta pay and the other parent full custody. We are then forced to fight in court for our rights to see our children 50/50!!! Everyday I get closer to the links of getting Missouri CPS( SFC) in my case exposed for the laws they broke and continue to alienate my grandbabies solely based on dismissed cases that was clearly stated by the PA that I was wrongfully accused and being of one of the worst cases of the CPS performance..the case worker that put the charges against me and took my grandbabies away was the only case worker there I'm sure only because of supeona was told court was over and charges dismissed immediately. She no longer worked for cps at that time. Since then there is another worker that at this time is still employed at sfc wrote an incriminating and slanderous letter to Washington county judge( which I have in my possession) making full accusations against me for the charges that were already dismissed in SFC..SFC CPS continues to alienate my grandbabies and continues to make slanderous comments about me. Cps and the nm and male friend have made these remarks to my grandbabies and nm on Facebook also. I've not been allowed to even speak to my grandbabies 2 of which I'm legal guardian and 1 that I raised for 7 years and 2 months of his 8 year and 8 month life! Our lives have been destroyed, my name damaged, and these babies are being put through hell out of spite!! Every right of mine as a human and grandma has been violated by SFC CPS and the nm and male friend!! This is abuse to both the kids and me and the abuse must STOP... The system has turned their backs on us while continuing to slander me!! Where did the best interest of the children go? I have rights and the children have rights and it's beyond time for our rights to be acknowledged by all of you! If you felt your opinion was going to make me guilty, your time to be heard on behalf of your allegations was in the courtroom with the judge and pa, do to the fact that a different case worker was there and cases were dismissed that is where the slander and allegations stop and my rights returned especially considering that my guardianship was court ordered. The continuation of slander by the CPS worker and nm and male friend and alienation because "you don't like me" doesn't make a******to me..I KNOW MY RIGHTSREPORT COMMENTS

The US family court system is failing. Other, more enlightened nations have long ago figured out that children benefit from equal time from both parents, for example Sweden.
