Our family has suffered the cruelty of a biased & impartial district court ruling. District court judges are supposed to protect the rights of all who enter a court of law. Unfortunately this is not the case but instead families are broken and damaged. In some cases, such as ours, a child loses their family forever. I was laughed at while my entire life saving was stolen and sent to Stephen Penn my ex-husband's lawyer with the help of his judge friend Harry Tobias, Hollister CA. I left a man that beat me, used a gun to scare me, killed my cat and said he would kill my dogs. He simply hired liars, social worker and a psy evaluator on me,,and my many non-paid witnesses were not heard. I am a great mom, a nurse. He has refused to work only until recently when he fabricated a lie to move to the state his new gf lives, he is making 40k in Twin Falls selling insurance.. I am disabled & 62 yrs old.SSI will help recover if you have children, thee is no help for a 62 yr old disabled woman. I am being harmed both emotionally and financially.
