I did not need to "prove" I was a fit parent. But the laws are so outdated and broken, not to mention unconstitutional. Dr. Richard Warshak has emailed me a lot of his publications. I have been a advocate of his studies. Opposition to shared parenting is all about the money. But also in my case is the Abuse of Power by the Trial Court judge. I am still in a Temporary Order, which is not up to be appealed in the higher courts. So judges can abuse civil rights of a parent, and have immunity for this abuse of power? Why have unilateral powers to only abuse the Constitution and the protection those civil rights grant every citizen with children? There are no checks and balances in what is going on in this nation. My daughter falls victim to this, and I won't stop until true justice is served.REPORT COMMENTS

The courts sided against me so many times. Until the day my son had to suffer such horrible consequences because they sided with his father. Now, he sits in a hospital recovering from the violence he experienced the what the courts thought was a better parent. Change the system. Change it because I warned people who were supposed to protect him and they ignored the signs and my warnings and now they will have to pay for it. At least, I have him finally, but they will need to answer for their negligence.REPORT COMMENTS

Because of corrupt lawyers and judges, I lost everything that I ever worked for in my life. I lost my home, was made homeless, forced to leave my job, forced to sign a marital settlement agreement or go to jail.... Forced to make a will leaving all to ex, forced to take on all marital debt. As a 100% disabled veteran with TBI the court took my disability award to pay for the home that was taken from me. I have signed Petition after Petition regarding this issue. I am signing again today probably more to vent than to expect anything to come from it as I have no hope for our legal system in family matters what-so-ever. I just need to tell my story. My wife's ex-husband (Glenn H. Gaither of Shelton Washington) has been emotionally, physically, and sexually abusing his children for well over 3 years now (That we have recorded proof of). After countless useless calls and reports to CPS, not only from us but from the children's counselors, family doctor, victim advocates, they won't even look into the situation or well basically take it as a serious problem. As of late my 12 year old stepdaughter disclosed, through counseling, that he has not only exposed himself sexually to her but openly had sex with his at the time girlfriend while she was no more than 2 feet away from them watching. We were instructed to file a report for sexual assault in his home town, where it happened (Shelton Washington) and went through a lengthy interview with there detective including a video portion to get her statement on file. Basically a straight out account, in her own words, about what happened and how it has affected her. Following the interview and after gaining her trust the officer told her that they would probably not be pressing charges and that they would be interviewing Mr. Gaither. She broke down, expressing her fear as he would retaliate, as he has before in the past, and that she felt unsafe. He basically stated that he was sorry and just kind of shuffled her and my wife out of the door. It literally took my attorney calling the detective, explaining the seriousness of the situation to convince the detective to wait until after the children's visit with their biological father so that no harm would come to them, this week. Lessons I have learned over the past 3 years. Our kids do not matter. Unless there is monetary value with CPS they will not take these things at all serious. As children we are taught that if we are touched or assaulted sexually or such by a relative than we are supposed to tell. Today my girl learned that when she does tell she will be lied to and punished for it so it is better to keep abuse to herself to keep from further abuse. Basically she learned to suck it up, keep her mouth closed and don't trust the people that are supposed to be helping us. Is this the way our court system has gone? It makes me sad to live in a country where children, whom we are supposed to be protecting, have less rights than our family pet. I have lost all faith in the system and am sick of being told that these kids have no rights but because he is the father, he does abusive or not. This country and our legal system has gone down the shitter and we are being flushed right down with it. In closing I do not expect anyone to do anything as they never do. The Division of Family Services came in my house without a warrant or a court order, they didn't ask permission they just pushed my door open and told us they were searching. They continually made comments about drugs in front of my children. Our dogs were in the garage and when they went to search the garage the officer with them threatened to shoot our dog because he was a big male pitbull but he was really friendly, they searched our house garage yard camper and didn't find any drugs or anything illegal. Afterwards the Dfs investigator made a comment" Its a good thing you let us search cause we would have just got a warrant anyway". We did not give her permission to search. They do whatever they want, they lie and manipulate so they can take your children and adopt them out.They are like a black market selling kids to strangers that have families that love them.REPORT COMMENTS

cps and the detective who investigates the allegation's in my case removed my 4 year old grand daughter; (lacey) on sept. 29, 2015 from my home where she lived with me, her mother and her grandfather for the first 4 years of her life. my daughter and her ex had the shared parenting at the time; by telling me i lied to the worker about taking daily medication and i am now a danger to lacey and she is not allowed to return to my home. my daughter was told by them at lacey's examination appointment for allegations of being molested that since i lied to the worker about my medication i must be hiding something from her so in that case i am now considered a danger and lacey is going home with her father. if my daughter wants to see lacey she has to move out of my home. both of us were in shock. laceys father lied and said i use heroin. so i was asked to take a drug test i did and i passed. still no grand daughter and she kept trying to get me to sign over my personal information and she was angry that i told her no. there was no investigation about how i am a danger, no court order, no paper that states it in writing, but as to this day i still have not seen lacey. (i was her caregiver). 30 days later we received a letter from cps saying the case is closed well ok so that must mean we can go bring lacey home. not...we went 4 times to get her and each time the officer would come back to the car and say lacey is not allowed to leave with her mother. my daughter was on house arrest too at this time. so i asked my niece if she would take me to cps so i can ask since the case is closed why are we still having trouble getting lacey. she did and we were told by the supervisor that case is closed and they have no right to stop my daughter from her court ordered parenting days with lacey. so we left and on our way home my niece decided to stop by laceys fathers home to tell him what cps just told us. he wasnt home but his girlfriend was there so my niece told her shes taking lacey to her mom and carl will have her back in a couple days. 5 minutes after we got to my home the police were at my door asking for lacey and told us we have to take her back to her fathers. so i did.i took the court documents saying they had shared parenting and it was the moms day to have the child. the police officers were going to let me return home and bring lacey with me because there was nothing legal that changed the court ordered parenting plan. as i was getting ready to go an officer stopped me and said the detective who was involved with cps would like me to bring the documents to his office so he can read them. so i did and after 4 hours of being held in an interrogation room he arrested me and charged me with interfering with custody. i was shocked. 4 days later my niece was arrested at her home and charged with burglary,interfering with custody and abduction. the fathers girlfriend lied and said my niece barged in the door and took lacey and she didnt know who my niece wasREPORT COMMENTS
