another out dater law issue that needs revisiting this is not the 1970's many men are hands on nurting fathers and are hauled into court over child support and seem to have no say in the matter unlike other debt they can or can not pay that doesnt change the real fact witch is love between a child and a parent. Women and I am one use child support to hurt men who have ligitimate reason for not paying or being current many of the mothers do not work use drugs but the court bends over backwords for them. I hae first hand knowledge of such situations also unlike a credit card only the mother has acess to the account the male only get to make the payment. as all things government no profit should be made on the backs of men and children for payments to the state of Florida.REPORT COMMENTS

I've personally had to face the corrupt battle with the courts for my beloved Son (Charles Jr.) and it's a horrible thing to face and pray no more people have to face such turmoil.... But sadly prayers will be unanswered unless "we the people" stand to make difference to the courts and CPS. It is our duty to our families and children to keep them safe from this corruption. Let's make a change.... The time has come to put the accountability on those taking children for profit and and selling out our children. If you think your family is safe there's none safe from this.
