Can I get help for my friend Cathy Potter, Ripley, Tennessee C.P.S. took her Grandchildren and the 13and 09 yr. old girls are living with a 78yr old single man, who was Cathy's neighbor. She suffered harrassment, assult, fasle accusation,. The Judge refused her to use her exiting attorney and assighned her a Public Pretender, She's now charged,convicted with no hearing or trail, and she is doing time in the county. My family court judge was shown proof by tax returns that me ex wife has lied about her income for the past 3 yrs resulting in me overpaying child support in the amount of $7,318. She was not ordered to pay me back for this nor was she even reprimanded in any way. Judge Roman just said well everyone lies in court and there is nothing to be done about it now.
