CS is just completely illegal and in violation of our rights! We are forced to work or else get punished! I've been fighting to get my CS reduced for 8 months now because I lost my job. They keep postponing the court days. I am just so fed up with all this corruption and tyring to support for myself. I am forced to live with my sister because I can't afford a simple 1 bedroom apt, food on the table, new clothes, and about to loose my car. These aholes don't give a flying fk about us! Lawyers are involved with the corruption to make money and not help you, judges are trainned on a guideline the state developed, but it's not mandatory for them to follow it. I will do anything for my son and have been trying to support with what I can, but it saddens me that I can't even afford to take him on decent vacation trip. Yet, people say to get another job, but what really is the point? You work more to make another dollar so they can take more, give it to the unethical custodial parent, and have less time to be spent with your child(ren). The states care nothing about the "Best interest of the child" It is only about the best interest of the budget. Title IV-D is a cash cow that can be spent on whatever they want because the monies go into a general fund and is not earmarked for a specific reason. Family Courts are too corrupt for so many cases that become before them. I can relate and had a lying custody evaluator say the abusive ex and dad should have custody. Only way she could push this agenda was by fraud and lying. Attorneys don't care enough to fix the problem and represent to defend you. Only collect their money. Judges don't have the training and knowledge and don't use any current research about DV/ abuse cases that they just classify as "high conflict". Children pay the price.REPORT COMMENTS

my grandkids ages 3 mos, 3 yrs, and 7 yrs old were removed and 1st words from public defenders mouth was you are never going to see your kids again! not what happened what is the truth social worker lies in report even misleading statements a police officer used and police officer apologizes and tells social worker before she removed kids he was mistaken social worker still puts is mistaken statement as if the truth to deceive the courts and my grandkids were removed and they are traumatized so bad with a blank stare and wetting on themselves now and very withdrawn! I am listing my name to show the proof and officer of Murrieta said we can subpoena him however the damage was done then the courts and cps place my grandkids with 3 recovering heroin addicts and when I confronted cps worker she blames the judge and does nothing and when the judge was told he said he would have to ask the social worker they just swept it under the carpet! they did not place kids with me do to very old criminal record in our home (not violent) and yet same agency comes to my home every 6 months because I have foster children! Please there are many stories like mine and you can call the officer I want change! So many people do not know what is really happening and the stories are so unbelievable yet true! Lets fix this broken system! I would love to see tape recordings of any removal of children as well as in courts total transparency as well as no removals without a warrant as well as forms (I have some made that would fit these cases) carbon copy given to parents for exact reason for removal (because they always start adding a lot of untruths after) also a form given to parents so they can respond to the allegations on the 1st court hearing. Not just what these parents are being told to jump through hoops!REPORT COMMENTS

My grandchildren were just returned after spending 56 months in extended foster care. Preponderance of Evidence shows that investigators committed multiple felonies to open a case against my daughter. Texas CPS used the falsified investigations to court-nap the children splitting them into two separate cases. The eldest child was placed (and remains) in the care of his alleged abuser that lived outside the home. While the two younger siblings were sacrificed to the system. Despite the fact that the judge refused to terminate parental rights caseworkers went 49 months without doing a home-study while the state was fraudulently collecting child support and Titles D & E funding.REPORT COMMENTS
