DST is horrible for people with Seasonal Affective Disorder, myself included. Coming out of work at 4:30pm to find it's already dark, and having to stay up for 6-7 hours in total darkness is torture. Please consider leaving us on "summer" time and giving us an extra hour of daylight in the afternoons. It would make winter so much more bearable for everyone.REPORT COMMENTS

It is time to stop the time change whether we stay on standard time or day light saving . Just remember if we stay on DST it'll be dark until 8 am when children go to school and me personally I don't need it light out until 9 in the summer time. It doesn't make sense. Set the clocks ahead and leave them there. Getting dark at 4 / 5:00 in colder months is worse for rush hour traffic and causes more need for use of electricity. Let's turn the clocks back so it gets dark at 4:00 said no one ever! Please let's get this changed.REPORT COMMENTS
