After 10 years of working on same salary, workload and output increased at least 3-4 times over years. Even my Attorney retired from business. All because of pending AOS related restrictions. All employers know how to use it to their advantage. If this is not organized slavery fully supported by wrong government policies, what would you call it? If I was told it will take more than 10-15 years - I would NOT have put my family thru this never ending wait......REPORT COMMENTS

Please help reduce the eb green card backlogs, we have been legal tax payers from past 7 years only to have just i140 approved, every time my company applies premium h1 for me I get just 1 year approval. We brought an house costing over an half million but if there isn't a support from government we are forced to stick to company until we get the greencard and thereby have to compromise on the salary and no flexibility to switch to new job, please consider the request and provide positive gesture for hardworking immigrants with masters.REPORT COMMENTS
