Those horses were here first and put here by God. Find some other place for the cattle to graze or put them on a list to be put down after the numbers get too big for the land to handle. The horses have seniority where they are.REPORT COMMENTS

STOP this mismanaged agency which is guided soley by greed from making our wild Mustangs EXTINCT in the VERY NEAR FUTURE. They have no reason to be running these horses over treacherous winter terrain only to separate families, and cost taxpayers millions---when Madeleine Pickens was willing to care for them in a natural habitat with families intact for fuiture generations. PUT A STOP TO ALL BLM ROUNDUPS NOW!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

The wild mustangs and burros have been self sustaining for many years now and do not need the interference of humans, especially to take them from their rightful places in the wild, and separate families. The worst is when so many of the ones imprisoned are so quickly sent to a horrible death in slaughterhouses. The very bottom line is the wasting of tax dollars for this needless cruelty.REPORT COMMENTS

You have just stated your intent to stop wasteful spending...the BLM wasted at least 123 million dollars last year on these stupid unnecessary round ups....Senator Burton just spoke of the wasteful spending the BLM is intent on wasting and it is so wasteful....what is everybody thinking -our children are now in such a financial spot because of wasteful spending! Please, I ask of you, get this program stopped and put the money aside for our childrens education! And give the BLM a worthwhile project -one that creates trust in the American system once again!!REPORT COMMENTS

Please stop these deadly and unnecessary roundups and work with sanctuary providers to get the wild horses and burros robbed of their freedom out of long-term federal holding pens. No more excuses. Work out a humane solution and stop managing our wild horse and burros to extinction.REPORT COMMENTS

I am not going to bash anyone or use harsh language. I am here to say what I have to say. I think it is wrong, that our great nation seems to have to destroy anything cherished. If it is old or in there way then it is either torn down or destroyed. Am I the only one who thinks it is sad that in order for any beautiful scenes have to be filmed they have to go over seas to do it. STOP overdeveloping and overpopulating this continent and give the wild and beautiful creatures a chance.REPORT COMMENTS

I do not want my taxes going to fund any cruelty! And the way that these horses are being taken care of by the BLM is cruelty to the extreme! Shame on our government for allowing such cruelty to continue year after year! Obviously this is a case of special interest groups and greed! How do you sleep at night knowing what goes on?REPORT COMMENTS

Not only inhumane and cruel, these roundups are a waste of tax dollars and it is irresponsible of BLM to continue to gather more horses when they already have about 40,000 in captivity! They say they are running out of room to hold captive wild horses and yet they continue to round them up - illogical and by properly implementing the clauses in the 1971 WH&B Act that allows BLM to remove all the cattle from these areas to ensure wild horse herds are viable and healthy, they could leave them on the range where it costs us virtually NOTHING. Instead they continue to decimate the herds. Some areas they claim can only support 3 or 15 horses - when scientists say a minimum of 150-200 is required for them to viable. BLM refuses to listen. Please MAKE THEM STOP now before it is too late.REPORT COMMENTS
