If 150000 GC visas issued every year and out of this around 90k goes to family members. So immigration system allows EAD for unqualified family members(might be) but denies skilled people with i140. Advantage of Giving EAD for i140 approved persons: 1. they get a change to earn more and pay more tax. 2. Its going to be win win for Govt and Individuals .REPORT COMMENTS

Please Grant EAD to all i 140 Approved petition. This will give peace of mind to the employee. Most employer threat to revoke i 140 petition and the beneficiary goes through a Hard time.
