i am currently going through a dependency with my youngest two kids in Kent, Washington. This all started from false allegations from neighbors whom i didn't get along with. It has been over a year of both kids seperated into two different fosterhomes. It took a year for Kent Municipal Court to dismiss the charges (with prejudice), but even now i have to deal with the family courts and CPS refuses to give my kids back to me due to me being homeless( i lost my transitional housing when CPS took my kids and placed them into fostercare). I also have two older kids who have not seen their younger brother and sister in over a year as well.REPORT COMMENTS

I was force to sign up my rights and I loved my child my own mother said she move me close to my child if didnt fight. I was told that if I didnt sign my rights up never keep any other children and my own Court appoint lawyer said cant win this and that if I never see my son again. I justed my own mother who lied to me and I never got to see my son again. I was found I did not abused my child and I completes the treatment plan and the state did not ever move to giving my son back a year pasted and the treatment plan was done and I never got a chance to regain custody. I would not of agree to nouthing but trusted my mother and she betrayed me.REPORT COMMENTS

This is a requirement. Parental rights are natural rights. Children have the right to be raised by their natural parents. Children do not belong to the state. Cps workers lie to keep their jobs and cover up their poor judgement. No one is holding them accountable for their corruption. There can be no justice when one side lies and holds all the authority. There can be no justice when parents are assumed guilty, or when a judge can remove the children based on pure hearsay, without the parents even being present. There can be no justice when the caseworkers can continue to add requirements and hurdles for the parents to accomplish until time runs out on the permanency hearing.REPORT COMMENTS
