My daughter loss son do to child endangerment but she never harm child she only used drugs and cps said his levels in hair test were high so that got her for endangerment of child and she fought for him done everything they asked and more till the end they told her if she didn't give him up that she would never see him and any other children she had they would take and at that time she pregnant and didn't understand why after she done everything .so she relinquish her rights so that she could still see him 4 times a year and keep the baby she was going to have also Foster parents put up fight to keep child and since then are the adopted parents and at first foster mom always said she would work with my daughter she didn't want child to not be a part of mom life well as soon as she became his legal guardian she has change and all the thing she said she wouldn't do she's doing and she also had his birth name changed .I just wanted to no if my daughter would ever be able to get him back if hired a lawyer who was on her side the one during her cps case wasnt for her it was a court appointed oneREPORT COMMENTS

My Kids are being abused and seperated by Guardians. My Oldest son fears for his Safety and longs to be restored back to me. I have kept in contact with My 3 children for 10 years. My Aunt and her spouse doesn't treat them right. Alot of verbal and phsychical abused takes place in rhe home they stay at. I dont want Cps to remove them into the system. I have never abused or neglected My Kids . I was coierced to giving them up by Cps and My mom due to My living situation at the time. I have been stable and able to provide care for them still. I asked that there be a way to Reinstate My Parental relationship here in Texas. For there are other states that doesn but not Texas where I lived . I believed I was made a example out of by the justice system here. They have Cps Caseworkers also Judges who abused their power and who has wronfully remove children from their home. I Am one of them.REPORT COMMENTS

I have always been a stay at home Mom . My Baby girl is everything to me . First divorce with my ex , I received the house and $2600 a month . He talked me into letting him come back . he ended up tricking me into signing my name off the house and I was out ..I was a mess without my Baby girl . I was never without her . My heart couldn't take it . I ended up getting two DUI's in 6 weeks . I had court ordered visits with my daughter upon my release (9 months incarceration) . He refused to bring her and started playing the system to make it impossible for me to see my girl . I also found out he had a child support hearing during my incarceration and said I made $8,000 a month (9 month incarceration=$40,000 in arrears ) . My Parenting skills visits turned into a 4 year fight with uncalled for severance trials , counseling , Court appointed Family evaluation Psychologist , Therapeutic visits and all while having to keep up with child support . It was impossible . They kept throwing me in jail on purge payments because my visits came first instead of paying for his lie . They kept telling me to sever my rights and arrears will be gone . I had no choice , I had a newborn and a daughter who just lost her Dad . I cry all the time for my baby girl . It makes no sense . A Momma who has Severance Judges, Court appointed psychologists, and Therapeutic Doctor that say it is in my daughters best interest to have me . Last thing my baby girl said to me , "How many more sleeps til I see you again Momma?" I don't understand this system . My daughter needs me .REPORT COMMENTS

They terminated my son's rights in PA Cambria county new Judge and New lawyer cause other lawyer passed Now my son's lawyer will not appeal Also didn't represent him right in short time. Judge really didn't know the case. They did everything they asked them but kiss their big toe for CPS Now no one helping them Sad cause they are good parentsREPORT COMMENTS
