My children were takin by the state of idaho for things that were unsubstantiated and I had no legal representation in my case. The department of health and welfare have more power than God and answer to no one. We fought for 3 years and finally when I felt my little boys had been drug through enough, I conceded. The case workers and casa put my children through more mental and emotional abuse than the any of the domestic disturbances between my wife and i. I'm allowed to see them once a year. They know us and their foster now adoptive parents think they can erase us. I want my boys back. Our whole lives were ripped apart and since the incident that brought the case in the first place, my wife and I haven't had a fight. We will not let them win. They wereally wrong for kidnapping our babies and the courts hold their word as law. Help usREPORT COMMENTS

Hello, My son Bentley was wrongfully removed from his father May 15,2014 at 4 months old. Bentley is a miracle baby, born 3 months early due to health problems. On May 15, CPS worker Kim Harlowe from Halifax Virginia, took Bentley away from his father about 11:45am at Chase City Virginia Police Dept., at around 3:15 pm Chase City Rescue Squad went to Mecklenburg County DSS. Then Bentley desat in CPS care and wasn't seen until 4:27 pm at Halifax Regional Hospital in South Boston Virginia. They charged the father and me with child abuse and neglect. The CPS worker allowed Bentley to go without his oxygen and lied about everything! They never did next of kinship and in the process of expedit adoption to the foster parents. Please someone help us. Please help me get my daughter back. Cps in 71st Clair County Michigan threatened to terminate my rights if I didn't sign off my rights. Cps worker and paternal grandmother both threatened and coerced me into doing so. Their family members are judges and lawyers so I know they had some kind of pull. It wasn't until recently I found out what they did was illegal and wrong. The whole case was based off lies and false accusations and over exaggerated stories. My child was placed with by Cps and currently lives with her alcoholic grandmother and heroin adicted uncle who was charged with child abuse 3rd degree. My child lives in danger ever day and she needs to be home with me where I can love and protect her for as long as I'm alive !!!REPORT COMMENTS
