Are rights as parents are being deneied and since r children were. Taken back in feb 2013 from us for in just cause We have not crimanal records and the treatment us to put our kids on drugs or we would never see them again and their who has been keeping them as a lincsed foster parent involed in committing tax fraud to the IRS each year we still have all our parental rights if u call it that Eau Claire wi CPS in vilolating state and federal law since out of care our kids have been abuse by their aunt This has been reported to cod and they ignore and she has posted pictures of our kids on Facebook half naked and senior judge Paul lenz of Eau Claire county thinks porngraphy of children in wi is fine he should serve time in federal prison for this crime -

Once they see how easy it is to get real things done, they'll realize we can do this to whenever we want. (THE CHILDREN AND I WHERE NOWHERE AROUND HIM, IN FACT WE DIDNT EVEN KNOW HE WAS GOING OVER THERE) THE NEXT THING I KNOW I HAVE A COP AT MY DOOR ON A MONDAY MORNING WANTING INFO ON THIS INCIDENT, THEN TUESDAY MORNING A CPS WORKER I SPOKE TO FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. SHE NEVER GAVE ME A CARD OR SAID SHE WAS STARTING A CASE OR ANYTHING. WEDNESDAY I DIDNT SEE ANY COPS OR WORKERS. THURSDAY THE SAME COP AND WORKER CAME BACK TO THE HOUSE. WANTING DRUG SCREENS. AND ON FRIDAY THE KIDS WHERE GONE.... ISABELLA WAS 5 AT THE TIME NOW 6, AJ WAS 3 AT THE TIME NOW 4, AND THE BABY MAX WAS ONLY 5 MONTHS OLD NOW 1 YEAR. AND THIS WAS ALL BEFORE A DRUG SCREEN WAS EVER EVEN DONE!!!!!!!!!! BESIDES IN THE STATE OF COMMONWEALTH KENTUCKY IF YOU HAVE ANY DRUGS IN YOUR SYSTEM IN THE LAST 90 DAYS THEY CONSIDER YOU TO BE UNDER THE INFULENCE. NO UA TO SEE WHAT WAS CURRENTLY IN MY SYSTEM, NO SYLIVA, NO BLOOD, ONLY A HAIR FOLICAL. THERE FOR MY CHILDREN HAVE CURRENTLY BEEN GONE FOR 220 DAYS. I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED ONE CASE PLAN, NOW THEY WANT TO ADD A 30 DAYS INPATIENT REHAB TOO IT AND THEN WHEN THATS OVER WE WILL GO FROM THERE. AND THEY PICK THE REHAB JUST LIKE THE DID THE ASSESSOR WHOM LIED TO ME, AND ADIMITS TO ONLY WANTING ME TO GO TO THIS REHAB BECAUSE OF MY 20 YR OLD PAST! THE TESTS WAS ALSO DOCTORED, HOW DO I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I PURPOSELY DIDNT TELL THEM ABOUT ANY PERSCRIPTIONS DRUGS. AND GUESS WHAT THOSE DRUGS DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. BUT METH, AND POT SURE DID, WOW!!! OH AND THIS IS IN A COUNTY THAT HAS MORE HORSES THAN PEOPLE AND I GREW UP THERE MY ENTIRE LIFE. MY FAMILY IS VERY WELL KNOW THERE, FOR A LOT OF GOOD, BUT ALSO NOT SO GOOD. BECAUSE I WAS ALSO TAKEN FROM MY PARENTS HAS A CHILD FOR THE EXACT SAMETHING, ALL THEY DID WAS CHANGE NAMES ON THE CASE, USING MY AND MY PARENTS PAST WITH THE EXACT SAME CASE NUMBER AND EVERYTHING. I have been lied on, accused of false allegations, lost my family & have had 2 watch helplessly as my babies cry for me as cps workers take away my babies every two weeks after my visits. Hello, I do not know where to begin in this situation. I've been taken for a roller coaster ride with DHS in the state of Mississippi. I have done my research on what laws they've broken and what rights they've infringed upon, I'm a smart girl, but I am just completely lost as to what to do next... I haven't seen or heard from my children in over seven months and I am desperate for help. The list of laws that CPS has broken in our case: *UNLAWFUL ENTRY, SEARCH AND SEIZURE *THEY TOOK CUSTODY ON BASELESS ACCUSATIONS AND SUSPICIONS *WE HAVEN'T BEEN GIVEN DUE PROCESS BECAUSE WE HAVE STILL NOT BEEN INFORMED OF WHAT THE ALLEGATIONS ARE AGAINST US, AND THOSE ALLEGATIONS THAT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF, I CAN PROVE WITH 100% CERTAINTY TO BE FALSE BUT MY EVIDENCE IS IGNORED *THEY REFUSE TO SPEAK WITH ME OR TRY TO PUT MY FAMILY BACK TOGETHER. *THEY HAVE SUBSTANTIATED ALLEGATIONS OF ABUSE AND NEGLECT WITHOUT GOING BY MISSISSIPPI CODE. My court fight is over my disability. Hamilton County, Ohio, Domestic Relations Court is protecting my ex-wife's disability and is taking half of my disability and given it to the ex-wife. Florida Family Court Corruption is an o going problem. Who if anybody is monitoring the Title IV money that is going to family court? Why are single mothers in family courts being threatened with jail? Why are the children being handed over to abusive addicted parents and ripped apart from mothers who are kind and nurturing to their children? Many of these children are also put in the foster care system, without the child being abused or neglected. How come this is still going on? In fairness, the federal govt. wants the custodial parent to receive the IRS tax credit. My daughter hasn't seen her father in three years, he has failed to exercise his visitation rights. In family court, Plant City, Florida, the judge did not sign off on this child tax. Reddit and instead awarded the said year to my X husband, not only has been estranged from the child for three years epwas only paying 240.00 per mos in child support and has never paid a penny towards her health insurance or medications. I was told my case was frivilious and was court ordered to pay his legal fees of 7600 at payments of 750 per mos.m mind you I am disabled a receive a pension from my previous employment of 1700.00 per mos., which is far less than my X husbandS income as he is gainfully employed. This judge blatantly broke lithe law in her ruling, thus. Ousting me thousands of dollars. I am raising a teen and was also denied an increase in court ordered child support because the judge said I cannot prove that her expenses increased since the original amount was set. Really? Does it cost the same the raise a five year old as it does a teen? She ruled against me and belittled me in the process. I am the parent who is always there for the child, who shows love and concern for her, yet I was unlawfully ruled against and belittled in the process, whereas the other parent who never contacts his child and is on sups visitation was treated likes victim. Family Court is not Federal Court! What gives Family Court judges the right to deny a custodial parent the right to deny the child tax credit? How come laws are not followed in family court? The experience has ,raft me broke and disappointed in this corrupt system called Justice! When will these judges be held accountable for these unlawful rulings? When will these courts be investigated along with audits on their financial reports? This must stop, the children are the true victims! I walked out of. Kurt in shock, feeling anxious worrying how I was going to make these court ordered payments because I knew that if I didn't make I the payments I would go to jail!
