The taking of children is as bad or worse than it was back in the 30's, 40's, and 50's! We are going to have an entire generation of disenfranchised youth that will have no way to find answers to their questions. There is no true due process that is afforded the parents. There is abundant funding from the federal government for the child to be placed in foster care. But no monies for reunification. Grandparents are also shunted aside never to see their grandchildren again. Reform is needed now! My grandson was taking by cp's while in states cousity his parents divorced. My daughter called courts ask what would happen if she didn't come tothe ddivorce hearing with her son being in Indiana stat cousity they said the divorce would be granted. Nothing was said that the judge would give father full cousity. Cp's now amitts child should be with mother but can't do anything about it. Case is even still active case.. The father even told cp's after they close out he signing his rights over to his parents. What can we do this is wrongREPORT COMMENTS

My son Deonta Andre Rozier Jr was taken from me when i was 15 until false allegations of abandonment i signed over my rights in st louis mo because the foster parents said if i signed over my rights they would let me keep contact and allowed me a last visit for signing over but if i did not sign over and went forward with trial to terminate my righta i would have no contact with him i signed o want my son back so much injustice was done he was unrightfully taken in the first place and i was 17 when i signed it was under duress i always wanted my son i didnt know what to do i was still in the system myself there is too much injustice it has to stop my sons name now was changed to Caleb Alan PittsREPORT COMMENTS

After 4 weeks of unsupervised visit through the DSS of Montgomery County, Judge Cortese felt he needed to take away my unsupervised visits yesterday 02/24/2016 based on petition for custody that was filed on Monday by my kids aunt and this petition is not yet on the court calender. Our apparance in court yesterday was supposed to be for the petition I filed for custody back on January 13, 2016 and in regards to my petition yesterday he just gave another court date to appear and then took away my unsupervised visits. I have complied with everything the court has required me to do and they were supposed to return my kids to me and instead the judge took away my unsupervised visits based on the petition filed on 02/19/2019 by my kids aunt who is trying to keep my kids. What about my rights and my petition that was what this court date was for, not to use the aunt newly filed petition and strip me of my rights to see my kids in my home.REPORT COMMENTS

MY DAUGHTERS WERE SCREAMING AND CRYING NO MOMMY PLEASE DON'T LET THEM (CPS) TAKE US. I WAS CRYING AS WELL WHEN I HAD TO TELL THE GIRLS WE HAD NO CHOICE. MY OLDEST DAUGHTER AGE 16 WROTE A 6 PAGE LETTER TO THE JUDGE AND EVERYONE INVOLVED GOT A COPY INCLUDING THE GIRLS ATTORNEY I ALSO HAVE A COPY OF MY DAUGHTER'S 6 PAGE LETTER SAYING THAT ALL HER AND HER SISTER WANTS IS TO COME HOME TO ME LINDA M. SNYDER (THE GIRLS BIOLOGICAL MOTHER) MY DAUGHTERS HAVE ALWAYS LIVED WITH ME, AND THEY WERE HAPPY DOING SO. I LOVE THEM WITH ALL OF MY HEART ! BOTH OF THE GIRLS TOLD THE JUDGE AND EVERYONE INVOLVED INCLUDING THE GIRLS ATTORNEY THAT THEY WANTED TO COME HOME TO ME, BUT NO ONE CARED. THE GIRLS WERE TAKEN AWAY FROM ME FOR NO GOOD REASON, NOTHING BAD EVEN HAPPENED. IT'S ALL BECAUSE I WENT TO THE HOSPITAL FROM MENTAL ILLNESS. I DO NOT HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD. I'M A VERY KIND AND LOVING MOTHER, I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY RAISED TWO BOYS AGES 23 AND 21. MY OLDEST SON WAS IN A TERRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT AND SUFFERED A TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY. MY 21yr OLD SON STILL LIVES AT HOME WITH ME. HE WORKS A FULL TIME JOB AND GOES TO COLLEGE FULL TIME. WE ALSO GO TO CHURCH TOGETHER. MY OLDEST SON WITH BRAIN DAMAGE HAS ALSO BEEN TAKEN AWAY FROM ME BY HIS GRANDMA ( NOT MY MOM SHE PASSED AWAY) MY EX MOTHER IN LAW USED THE FACT THAT I LOST MY DAUGHTERS AGAINST ME IN ORDER TO TAKE MY SON AWAY FROM ME (I'M SO VERY HURT FROM LOSING MY CHILDREN) THE GIRLS ARE VERY HURT AS WELL) CAN YOU PLEASE HAVE THEM RETURNED TO ME ? THE FAMILY COURT SYSTEM IS NOT FAIR THEY TELL OUTLANDISH LIES AND MAKE UP THINGS. THEY ARE VERY COLD AND HEARTLESS. I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED ME SUCCESSFULLY COMPLEMENTING CLASSES ,I EVEN TOOK A DEFENSIVE DRIVING CLASS. I NEVER MISSED A VISIT WITH MY DAUGHTERS NOR WAS I LATE. THE FAMILY COURT SYSTEM BRIBED ME INTO SIGNING AWAY MY RIGHTS AS A PARENT THEY TOLD ME IF I DIDN'T SIGN I WOULD NEVER SEE MY GIRLS AGAIN. AND IF I DID SIGN I WOULD GET PICTURES A LETTER WRITTEN FROM WHOEVER HAS THEM AND I CAN SEE MY GIRLS ONE TIME A YEAR FOR ONE HOUR SUPERVISED BUT I CANNOT KNOW WHERE THEY LIVE OR HAVE ANY OTHER CONTACT WITH THEM. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS CASE AND ALSO LOOK INTO THE COURT TRANSCRIPTS THEN YOU MAY SEE HOW I WAS MISTREATED AS WELL AS MY DAUGHTERS. CPS HIRED A PSYCHOLOGIST WHO ONLY SPENT ONE HOUR WITH ME HE GAVE ME A BAD REPORT I STRONGLY BELIEVE THEY ARE WORKING TOGETHER FOR MONEY THE FAMILY COURT JUDGE ORDERED ANOTHER PSYCHOLOGIST SHE ONLY SPENT ONE HOUR WITH ME HER REPORT WAS BETTER I HIRED MY OWN PSYCHOLOGIST WHO SPENT OVER 10hrs. WITH ME AND ALL SHE COULD COME UP WITH WAS THAT I HAVE SOME DEPRESSION AND ADHD, YET FAMILY COURT LOCATED IN BATAVIA NEW YORK GENESEE COUNTY 14020 TOLD ME I WOULD STILL LOSE AT THE HEARING. I FEEL SO CHEATED. PLEASE WITH EVERYTHING THAT IS GOOD AND TRUE IN THIS WORLD GET MY DAUGHTERS AGES 12 AND 16 BACK HOME TO ME WHERE THEY WILL GET THE BEST CARE AND LOVE.REPORT COMMENTS
