Why did you say I was un fit for a "miscarriage?" Then proceeded to convince my husband to sign a removal because you were searching for a 10 week fetus and were going to arrest him and terminate if he did not agree and become cooperative? There are ways for these cps attorneys and public defenders to hide if mothers don't know what is happening. For instance a 25 year old asc worker clearly jealous of my lifestyle kept my 2 year old away from me since September 2015 after her 'father' had already taken her from my home in Buffalo,NY in a jealous rage and took her back to Brooklyn,NY of the terrible places, got arrested with my daughter but because of a vague discriminatory prior asc psyche evaluation. They decided not to release my daughter. Not asking me for evidence to prove residency that I in fact didn't live with the father. NYC family court system is very personal, they thrive on being jealous and vindictive. Especially toward Black American Natives.REPORT COMMENTS

You know what is going STOP LOOKING THE OTHER WAY every state ,town and city is having problems if I can see it you can see it too if your not willing to do something then step down and let someone else in that can get the job done we can not Waite people are losing there kids over the simplest things and when these workers get caught and the judge tells them to give back the children they won't that tells me something is very wrong ,there is no one to go to for help I have seen this in the courts my self a mother newborn taken by CPS because she stop taking vitamins in 8mo because it mad her sick and soon as she gave birth they took her baby only a few hours old when the mother and father told me this there baby was now 7days old and and the poor mother not even given a chance to heal. just about every case there was no abuse its not a black or white thing its about stealing children for $$$$$ if you are not stopping it YOU MUST BE BEHIND ITREPORT COMMENTS

California CPS is shameful. Nanette Dupree of Contra Costa County should be terminated from the agency for gross misconduct and failure to supervise. She is another leech of taxpayer money, and I, as a native Californian and longtime taxpayer am disgusted by her total lack of professionalism and her accusations against my daughter, implying that my daughter was being emotionally abusive when she reported statements my granddaughter made about being molested by her father. my family has been destroyed as well as my 4 year old grand child which was removed by the cps worker stating I am a danger to her. no court order, no hearing and i have called and written to anyone that matters. BUT NO ONE WILL HELP ME. it's been almost 6 months since me, her mother and her grand father have seen her. no open case and the worker is still going to custody hearings telling the magistrate and anyone that she wants that i am totally something i am not. i don't feel like i was born an american, my rights have been violated in so many ways. something has to be done to stop these people from DESTROYING families. DELAYED DISCOVERY ALLOWED BY MAFIA RICO SCAMING JUDGES with attorneys providing false documentation in court and not enforcing the Pendent lite or following client directions (so they are relieved or terminated-- becauae they do not want to present proof of perjury to the Judge for fear of retribution or losing their license) allowing for due process, fixed forensic accountants and elevated appraisals on property for no possibility of buy out after 6 years of jerking around in court under a biased judge destroying older kids lives and pushing older women into poverty....The legal abuse is sociopathic destructive and inflicts financial, emotional, physical and post traumatic stress psychological pain through Gas lighting conspiracy. I am in solidarity with all people who have lost their children having raised 25 yr. Old twins and expliring the possibility of foster caring for an older 13 to 15 yr old young man. Horrible what is gappening to children and trafficking. Divorce court with multiple attorneys involved in corruption and collusion help to create conflict and fake stipulation negotiaton to dwindle all assets to line attorney and expert pockets. The same is done with guardians CPS and visitation...it is sick not allowing family to care for family and ganding over kids to sexuslly ir violent parents is negligence! The system is totally broken with Judges running the show and the text book is in place for manipulation and destruction of everything saved. It is criminal and diabolical with zero accountability! !!! Any complaints against Judges and attorneys goes no where. There is no Justice or constitution up held. There is greed power abuse and biase. The biggest criminals have no ethics or morality and even the clerks, court reporters who manipulate transcripts, and police who make sure you do not see old calendars to contact other abused women who request their Judge to be recused or removed!!! THE CRIMINALS START AT THE JUDGE WHO SIGNS OFF ON EVERYTHING AND EVEN MANIPULATES REFEREES.. THESE PEOPLE BEHAVE ABOVE THE LAW..ABOVE THE LAW WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY.REPORT COMMENTS

I lost my job a year ago we have a 3 bedroom house father of my kids is only one working so he only made enough to pay rent he than lost his job we both had no jobs so we were in a real bad situation on were we owed on bills and rent I have 5 children and it's hard to see them needing clothes n shoes and ect. I sold about every little thing to get there needs we owed 3 months of rent welfare was only giving me 600 a month which I had to give all for the rent we owed baby dad got a job still not making enough paying the rent we owed when the next month would come up again I owed pg&e I went to get heap help at the welfare office I've sent them everything they asked for I wouldn't hear from them so figure everything went good than I receive a letter to send out the same paper work I had already submitted so I dropped off at the office when I called worker stated since it's a different month now I have to reapply I was like wow again so I did as they told me back then bill was only 500 so I did everything and same******happened again n again now my electricity has been shut off and has the nerve to tell me I have to reapply again now the bill is 1500 this is frustrating what can I do about this situation I just now have a job and been working for a week at the post office which I am thankful but I have no light due to there stupidity cops went to my house while I was at work and told baby daddy that if we don't get the light fixed they will take my kids away..... I have no money to even pay this large amount I am extremely frustrated and I can promise u ain't no one gonna threaten me on taking my kids just b cause of the worker from heap can't do her job right I need some advice I am extremely overwhelmed that I live in stockton n work in Oakland I have to stay at a friends house due to not having money for transportation my oldest is 17 gonna b 18 n my youngest is 10 ca someone give me some adviseREPORT COMMENTS

Hays County Texas CPS is the worst. They have my beautiful kids all because one cop lied because i wouldnt give info. CPS hasnt even investagated me or talked to anyone. The cops, judges, attorneys and cps are all dirty. Something has to be done. We are suppose to follow their MADE UP rules and pony show.
