My ex-spouse earns a nice 6 figure income, and never even changed a diaper. He has the high price attorney. I gave up my career just short of completing my PhD. I've had my Children in the best schools. I charged him with neglect, the judge agreed and suspended the case. Now he's trying to erase me. Problem, my children HATE him. THEY can see he is not a parent at all. It's called Narcissist Parental Alienation. The Judge denies all my requests and GRANTS all of HIS! -

I went to dcf in mass to report that my daughter was burned on a fireplace and the mother denied her medical attention..the mother won dcfs support and the case worker put that my daughter was fine and her burn was healed. And she conveniently put in her report that i admitted to her that i was in treatment for substance abuse!!!! They can say anything they want. I called the govs office because dcf refused to fix the report. My only right was to write a letter they could keep in my file denying this outrageous lieREPORT COMMENTS

As my eyes are being opened up, I'm shocked, even speechless,by the countless families that have been affected by this. The part that is so unbelievable is that you are in the dark on what is happening until you are going through it. This situation is human trafficking with a public front of helping, saving and being a hero to abused kids. Our laws are protecting criminals who are stealing our children and selling them from being held accountable and prosecuted. I haven't seen or heard from my children in almost 8 months and I have never failed a single drug test, never left one mark on my children, or harmed them in any other way. Aside from investigating CPS, there is also a need to thoroughly investigate Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Adoption practices have been corrupt since the very beginning of their inception by Georgia Tann in the 1920's in Tennessee. For a brief outline, look her up on Wikipedia. My rights were terminated, illegally, due to length of time. They caused the conditions for me to fail. No abuse or neglect was ever found on me. They violated a court order, violated my constitutional rights, fundamental rights, and due process rights. I did not get a fair trial. The foster parents prevented reunification. I was not seeing my child for nine months. They did not give me any opportunity too demonstrate any progress, to prove to the court. They did not have clear convincing evidence to sever my parental rights, and clearly abused there discretion. My court appointed attorney, did not present any of my evidence, no witnesses were even offered, and 150 pages of exhibits were not even presented in trial. Where can I go to be heard and bring my children back home? Who do I contact? Who do I write to? I'm in Tucson, Arizona. Thank you.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS in Oklahoma City, Ok are manipulative and evil as well as the "certified" facilities they send parents to. My children were taken and the worker they assigned to my family is not only evil and manipulative she doesn't know what she can or cannot do. They take anonymous tips and do not investigate the person making allegations. They have traumatized my children to the max. My oldest son has been suspended all of 7 to 10 times this year my second to oldest son has regressed to bed wetting and my babies are being ripped from their mother. They do not care that some parents actually have proven to be fit they prolong the cases as well as have a buddy system as to agencies they use and certain clients. TLC has been tampering with urine specimens per CPS request and it is all for money. Ripping children from fit homes for money is the most heinous thing I can think of. Reminds me of slave children being ripped from their parents and sold. I pray that someone has a heart to go against the system for this because prisons will remain full at this rateREPORT COMMENTS

I am for this because destroyed me in many ways. They destroyed me as a child by not listening to me or my witnesses other victims if abuse going on. They left me in an unsafe home brushing it under the rug. Years later one of my abusers got custdy of my step nephew. My husband and I would have to deal with CPS accusing us of abuse and neglect with his nephew who we had custdy of. After them taking him, me sitting 4 days in jail and months of court my lawyer was able to prove me innocent. They had by then badgerd my husband to a point of sighning over rights because of lies. We had stacks of evidence to prove he was in a good home and lots of witnesses that cps never botherd to call. They still are still using charges of abuse against us in court with the parents of AJ. The same charges that were to be dismissed and I was found not guilty of in the court of law. My husband never was found guilty of anything in the court of law.REPORT COMMENTS

I am all for this because cps messed with my family and destroyed it for no good reason. Charges were even dropped and they still hold them dropped charges against us. Why they are busy taken children out of good homes and making good parents look bad, real life cases are being ignored. I also know this for a fact. I expernced abuse in every way growing up and cps ignored it all leaving me to be sexauly, physically and mentally abused. Something needs to be done. We had stacks of evidence and witnesses to prove we were great parents not any of that evidence was used. I agree with the statements in the article as to my son is dealing with that exact thing right now. Lies were told, witnesses weren't interviewed, his and his fiancee's 3 daughters and son were taken, the youngest one to be adopted out, the other two girls given to a man who was never waa around til they took the kids on lies and the eldest, which is the boy, was given back to his mother only because he is at the age to say where he wanted to go and that was with his mother. I was approved to receive the children into my home which CPS ignored and kept them in the court system. My son and his fiancee are still fighting to get the girls home and keep them from adopting out their youngest daughter, which is now 5. I want to believe that we still have true justice out there who will help families to be able to stay together and not to destoy their dreams on other people's malicious lies. This whole thing is like a fight against time. I have lost in court I tried to save my grandchildren from there mother Shaina nadien Rodríguez and her grandparents Ruth wasson Robert wasson for shaina is my duaghter inlaw she has been in and our of the mental hospital she hit me and my grandaught in June 2015 so I called cps Rebecca luhkus came and left my grandaughter and grandson with me then they were given back to shaina nadien Rodriguez and my son Juan Rodriguez bu5 they only took my granddaughter and left my grandson with me for I have raised him from the age of 3 1/2 years old he only weighed 18lb ion June 7 2015 Rebecca luhkus came with shaina and her grandparents to take my grandson In court Rabecca luhkus from cps lied she saw how dirty and filthy the room was and told Juan and shaina that the baby needed a crib and why did they live like that she saw how agresive shaina was and violent but in court she said all lies I have pictures and wittnesses why would she lie so much also brook joose liten an guardián she never went to see the children until the judge ordered her but she even let shaina and her grandparents know what time she would be there my grandson told me that brook joos and Rabecca luhkus told him he had to stay with his mother and the wassons he cried and told them that they beat him and make him take care of his little sister and they tonta feed him but junk food he begged me to please bring him home if you could only see how thin and his little sister is very very thin when they were with me they were very healthy and had body wieght o had to feed my granddaughter with a medacine serange because disonancia alimentos feed her untill we got her a baby bottle that she liked she was 2 mounth old so please help help help me save my grandchildren from these evil people even shainas grandparents adopted enzimas mother who was rapped by Ruth wassons and Robert Wassons biolagical son and was never reported to the police so if they did that you know that they will lie about my grandchildren being abused neglected and them also mental abusing them but why would Rabecca lie why in Gota name would she let my grandchildren suffer is it that o am Hispanic and because they are related or good friends please o have pictures and thing to proove who these people realy are even Ruth wasson sexualy was abusing both my grandchildren i even asked for them to do a lie detector on them and on myself to proof a o was not lieing and Ruth wasson and Robert Wasson and disonancia batiendo Rodríguez and my son Juani Rodriguez refused to take one why because they know that they were going to fail the test disonancia and buen do drugs drink please tell me what can o do help me save my grandchild please help meREPORT COMMENTS

CPS, child protective services, San Antonio, Texas Bexar County. CPS Investigator, Christina Lerma, falsified and fabricated lots of BS about me and my two boys in her affidavit for removal of my babies. She was granted immediate temporary removal pending first court appearance. In her malicious attempts to persicute me she physically kept my fifteen year old out of school for a month. Her intent was to have my son become truant thus bringing a truency case against me which she would use against me in court. Thats just the beginning to the injustice we faced. The CPS case worker, Kyle Buckly, was just as bad. Buckly did everything she could to vilify me simultaneously attempting to create saints of the Gutierrez's, my family through marriage, who are completely dysfunctional. These idiots allowed their first child, female, to be statutorily raped by a young man they allowed to spend countless hours of deveancy with their daughter in their home. They did nothing to hide the fact nor did they do anything to protect the child instead creating an obvious hostile environment. After the initial court hearing CPS supervisor Sarah Riley notes the hostility within the Gutierrez family and ask's if any previous annimosity existed between us. Later, Ms Riley changes her feelings towards the Gutierrez's. As proof of the Gutierrez evilness i sight facts of CPS involvement with the Gutierrez's where an illegal day care was being run out of the family home; up to thirty infants and children were left in care of the Gutierrez's with a maximum of adult supervision that numbered three (3). Incidents with CPS and the Gutierrez's numbering children and lack of proper adult care to match previous numbers happened a minimum of three times. Still, the lies and fabrication of evidence against me continued. I was ordered to do services and completed them all only to have more services added to my family plan. Still, with all the lies and fabrications about me, the lack of all contact with my boys, the added services to family plan, and accusations of being completely unfit to parent they were going to allow reunification as long as i played by their rules. Refusing to do so I ask for a trial by jury. Before trial they ask to settle on stipulations of current custody circumstances having ability to work in future visits dependant on their approval. i refuse. Next we're in court and they're demanding termination of all parental rights. Their lies hold up in court and i loose the case. Im appealing the case, trying to become a sovereign person, hoping to shed light on CPS's malice, hoping to get my babies back, and eventually planning to sue every last one of them.REPORT COMMENTS
