I have been flighting for six years. The juvinle courts in Montgomery County Ohio have the parents in the hallway while magistrate,attorney,caseworkers,guardian of litem , and others decide on your fair. How's that a fair trial when the parents can't see or hear all the accusers. I am not able to tell my side. All we the parent do is come in for to be on tape recording either agree or not of what they done. The doctor who done my p.a.y evaluation testified he went in after my test was graded on the computer and changed it to his thoughts after getting the file from the caseworker or agency. Tampering with evidence, contridicted his out dated tests, used the mother's past against me, the caseworker and gl both planed to stop all reunoyofacation process and done by May 2011. They used people's past arrest recorders, past history of years prior to me having my children. Made it where I had to get a friend or someone to be a support group but used I had friends at my house . Everything I tried to do they screwed me. They all of them used the mother who the doctors testified under oath was a psychopathic pathoclogical liar and who will say and do anything to get her ways. She gave the agency 28 pages of allocations that was shown not true. She lost two of her older children in Kentucky do to her sick relationship with the husband and her biological father who signed her away or he would of been in prison. Used my twins arrest record of twenty years ago before I had kids. The mother said he was a child molester he was charged with being around a runaway. Corruption to a minor. But he was married, and had raised and lives with his own children. The mother made it where I had to do three random drug tests by the agency,C.A.S.A or I couldn't visit my kids. I passed them all. They used a houseboat was moving out of since the landlord wouldn't fix the issues children serves caseworker told needs to be done. They stopped all home visits moved them back to agency. Cause I didn't have time to detail the house we was moving out of. Caseworker tried to get my daughter removed. But the supervisor told her to have me clean it up all of ten minutes was what she was calling it deployable . The mother called her while I was moving the things to our new he down the street. The agency had a home speciallist and caseworker gl all come for months to new home and done monthly visits but never had any type of issues that shown to be a threat to my children and house was approiate . I had a new home and I was thinking that the children would come home. But the agency and courts did all they can to make sure they wouldn't.REPORT COMMENTS

I just want to say that the systems sometimes works but my grandchildren where place in a foster home last year and the lady was very cruel and she actually pulled a knife on my granddaughter and took her Easter dress last year. My brother has been fighting for his Grand-daughter since the first day she was put into Foster Care over 2 years ago. CPS are all on the side of the Fosters so they can keep his granddaughter to eventually try to adopt. We have spent so much time and money and still fighting!!!!! I'm a non resident non custodial father in Fl with a 16 year old daughter in foster care in ky. She has been there for 3 months. I don't need to go into all I've done to try in get her or see her.I however document everything and can prove the incompetence and neglect committed by cps definitely not the best interest off child being considered.I have been doing research to prepare to challenge them in court but it doesn't seem like they are playing by the same rules. HELP! Wisconsin! I have been trying to help my daughter/son-in-law get their children back for THREE YEARS!!! They are 8, 7, and 5. There was no abuse, no drugs, drinking or even smoking and the father has always had a descent job. The children were taken because of living conditions , which were temporary, and have had the same beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse for three years now. The state knows ALL of this! They even say they are going to give the kids back every couple months and then have any excuse..these poor kids..the boy, age 5, was FORCED to be put on medication-or the state said they would let him be ADOPTED! Now they are saying they never said it, because it is ILLEGAL! But there were witnesses who will testify in court! There is a court hearing on April 11th and trust me I have not just waited until now to try and do something I have been at this about 2 1/2 years! It has almost ruined my entire life! I am still hoping to find the right answer to this!!! I could write a book on this!REPORT COMMENTS

CPS Heather Maynaz, judge Darrel Pratt, and prosecutors Gary Michels, And Sean Mayrand of Wayne West Virginia violated our civil rights, wouldn't allowed medical records into our case that showed no abuse on my children, the judge framed us by letting one grandson come back home, then said we were hiding a kid at our home, Heather lied under oath stating our oldest grandson was gay, when he isn't gay in order to removed our other grandson from the home, our grandson is accused of raping his sister 500 to 700 times even though the rape medical report showed no finding of rape they gave charged a innocent child with 500 counts of rape..REPORT COMMENTS
