CPS caused my son and I to loose our home, I was FORCED TO move back with our abuser, after attempting to stay with family in another state so we could relax again. NC shelters are full, and my child with autistic tendencies would be mortified as to that is not what he is accostemed to. I qualified for funding but they have no funds available, I was a student and single a single mother and called for weeks to obtain daycare vouchers and never could. case workers, and courts misplace paper work, that is detrimental to people's survival. I no longer have a phone, and can't put my son in school (he's not of legal age to be mandated although he will be so far behind others) because they are straight up lying and twisting everything. Child ENDANGERMENT services would be much more appropriate! I was denied all legal counsel and have EXTREMELY incriminating evidence on the courts, and fear our safety. I have even spoken to the legislator of my county, and directors of DSS for my county, those that could make changes, but choose to avoid epic instead. I live in Tennessee,and the DCS workers here are the biggest liars and misleading bunch of people I have ever seen.And the thing that makes it worse they will lie under oath in front of the Judge and smile about it.I think that every claim a worker puts in writing should have to be proved before a court.And the slanderous things some will say about perfectly decent people is sickening.And ask for help and that's another mark against you.Some of the workers here don't even have a child but they think they have the right to judge others,they have no clue how a parent feels over their children.And what makes them experts on how to raise children the only thing they no is what they read from the books and taught by someone that things they are expert's at raising children,how bogus is that.I think when it comes to children and lieing people Like DCS they ought to have to take a lie detector test to every accusation that comes out of their lieing faces.The children that really do need to be rescued are dieing or being abused repeatedly because DCS is off harrasing good people.I think they do this because they know they can walk on poor people cause we are stuck with court apointed attornies, like we havent been slapped in the face enough.I think they are a band of misinformed trolls that have been given way to much power!We the people need to band together in each state and county and see if we can find some lawyers with a pair and sue the pants off these a**holes and stop letting them walk on us.I lost 3 grandchildren to a lieing manipulative scank that pretented she cared for the kids its just a self serving position that should be stopped we should not be judged by what we have or don't have,the stereo types need to be abolished and words proven without a shadow of a dought just like in any court.REPORT COMMENTS

I was denied a reduction in support even after being disabled. A Change of Domicile even after numerous complaints about parenting time. The mother moved out of state and the Macomb County Friend of the Court stated that they had no jurisdiction unless she was pulled over in Michigan even thou they have had an arrest warrant for about 8 years. My lawyer conspired with the referee and basically charged me for working things out with the other side which was bull!@#$ from the beginning. Never hire a lawyer who's office is a block away the court. NEVER!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

I live in Missouri were its okay for a neighbor to get mad at you and for revenge call and make a false report. Its all done anonymous which means they can call everyday over and over again. Yet even when the case is closed and nothing wrong this goes on my record saying there wasn't enough evidence to prove me quilty. I did nothing wrong but care and live my children yet they come with a law enforcement and division of family services talk to my kids and have to go through my house without a warrant. If you refuse the officer threatens you and will kick in your door. All cause a person is mad at you. My kids no longer trust the law officers or dfs which if something really did go wrong they wouldnt tell anyone because they are scared of you. Is this why we have dfs is to put fear in children and feel they have no one to run to if me their mother wasn't around. How is this justified. Why if someone called repeatedly its not wrote down a name and number of false reports they have made or they themselfs face charges for false information. Out of a 100 times of them being at my house not once have they had any reason to take my kids. Yet they continue to scare and harass me and my kids. They are to help those children who suffer or need real help but waste their time for false calls and ruin my name because they act as if I'm quilty. I could never foster a child or adopt a child because they tarnished my name over false calls. How can we continue to allow this to happen. How can I be guilty without proof. Why are my rights being taken to not be able to confront my accusor. How are my rights being taken to not have verification of what I'm being accused of but yet they have to search my home without a warrant.REPORT COMMENTS

Weber County Utah and their DCFS CPS CJC are corrupt ,lying , fools. They alter document's thinking that nobody will notice but.... They do such a poor job of communicating their lies that all you have to do is request records and papers from the court clerk and you can just literally point out their lies and fairy tales. Detective Courtney Ryan of the SHERRIFS department is a poor, uneducated fool, who uses the most suggestive form of questioning ever. Not even by protocol but by guidlines. They don't tell the kids their rights, they lie, they twist truths, knowingly falsify arrest warrants and official documnets. Trisha Singlton of Ogden CPS is an idiot as well who should be stuck in prison for her lies and the pain she causes to good kids and parents. OPEN RECORDS SYSTEM SO THERE IS NO MORE CORRUPTION AMONGST THE BABY ROBBERS WORKING FOR THAT FEDERAL QUOTA TO GET THAT CASH. ALL THE DECENT SOCIAL SERVICE WORKERS LEAVE AND WE ARE STUCK WITH THE PIECES OF SH!T that wreck lives and seldome help those kids who really need it. Shut CPS DFS DCFS AND ALL THESE GUYS DOWN AND GIVE OUR CHILDREN BETTER RESOURCES AND THE LOWER CLASS THE HELP THEY NEED AND FEED THE DAM HUNGRY WITH THE SICK AMOUNT OF MONEY WE GIVE THESE THIEVES. 5th amendment right prevails people. If your not doing anything wrong call a laywer and tell them to bounce. Its sad that these so called protectors end up killing more children per year that they rob then regular parents at home. My 4 year old son is a victim of SYSTEM FAILURE by DCS/CPS here in Indiana! Marian Mason of the Wayne County CPS failed to accurately submit findings, and due to that Judge Thomas Cannon ordered me to return my son to the home that houses his abusers.. Here's a letter I sent to the media and to the Executive Director of DCS: Mr. Bosso, I write to you with a heavy heart and the future of a 4 year old child riding on the outcome of your decision. My son Gregory B. informed me on the 15th of February that a nude photo of a childs butt (found on his LeapsterGS) was a picture of the butt of another child he was being abused by. My son's exact words are that his Mother's Boyfriend's two children, ages 11 and 12, were pulling down their pants around him, showing their "pee pees and poo poos"(reference from a 4 year old about the 'private area on any person') and then trying to force my son to touch them. Now had my son just stated this, it could be hard to 'substantiate'; However, my son told me this, and there is a picture of a child's pants being down! This pictureof one of the children with their pants down 'substantiates' my sons story as it is SUPPORTIVE of the statement he made. We are supposed to err on the side of caution when it comes to the safety of those we are entrusted to PROTECT. Here a small child who has picture proof of the alleged victimizer with his pants down; yet, CPS/DCS case worker Mariah Mason submitted findings that his statement could not be 'substantiated'. This false finding has led to my son being returned by court order to a home WITH his abusers SOLELY DUE TO THIS REPORT! Had she accurately reported the findings INCLUDING his statement was SUPPORTED by PICTURE PROOF of the alleged child victimizer with his pants down, he would not have been forced to the environment that houses the boys who have did this to my child! I want you to contact Sharon Troxell, my son's therapist at the SUZANNE GRESHAM CENTER(A DIVISION OF MERIDIAN). She is willing to testify on my son's behalf, not only as a Licensed Therapist with YEARS of experience dealing with abused children, but also as a person who has worked for the courts in Kentucky. She will tell you that my son's behavior, and his (C.A.N.S.)ASSESMENT, is indicative of a child that has been abused. Not only will she testify, but so will Caroline Rousey, Greg's Behavioral Clinician. She also works for the Suzanne Gresham Center, with extensive EXPERIENCE. They have been seeing my son weekly, or multiple times weekly, since this abuse was discovered. Their EXTENSIVE time with my son, would far outweigh the critque of one individual 'caseworker', and that added to the PICTURE, more than substantiates my son's statement of his abuse. My son should be IMMEDIATELY removed from his Mothers home for concern of his safety, and the decision from Mariah Mason should be immediately overturned! Pleasedon't make my son a further victim due to a SYSTEM FAILURE on the part of the agency meant toREPORT COMMENTS
