Cps needs to be investigated and the foster care system the workers and foster parents need to be sent for background checks and drug tested. I have been trying to get my children back for years and there is no evidence on me the dad is completely gone and out of the picture but they continue to falsely claim he is present my children are being brained washed and being used as pawns for the system to lie on me and If I had the funds for a good lawyer instead of a court appointed lawyer I wouldn't be going through this for so long. I hope this petition is taking seriously and that cps and foster care etc are looked into cause it is not fair that innocent parents are being abused harassed and being falsely lied on all the time I reside in Staten Island New York and the whole cps system and foster care system is corruptREPORT COMMENTS

My children were taken August 2012 I did nothing and all the evidence the police had was falsified. I want my children home they are my life. The only reason I got messed over is because I don't have the money for a high price attorney. My lawyer told me he was friend with prosecuting attorney and judge. As a protective loving mother I have had my children ripped from my life for no reason and placed with our abuser and pedophile. The family courts in New Hampshire are raping us of our income and ability to self support. We are left homeless while our wages are attached to feed the judiciary's greed and power. I have been to every authority including Donald Feith US attorney NH and FBI. Judge Edwin Kelly of the Administrative Office has dismissed my serious concerns. The very reason for a parent it live is to love their children. Parents are taking their lives everyday. I speak to thousands of victims every week. When is Congress going to act? How can you know about this and turn a blind eye? Because it's not happening to your family? Every family court judge who has engaged in this corruption should be indicted and charged with kidnapping of our children and the federal crimes of extortion and fraud. So far there are 3000 signatures is this not enough to get your attention? Our children are forever damaged and there is no family anymore when parents divorce.
