I am stuck in a corrupt family court with a very biased judge who has taken my children and giving them to a father who has a long arrest record of violence V Baker acts for separate injunctions one being from our oldest son. I have never been in trouble I am a very good mother very active in my children's Sports education everything in their life and I have been solely raising them financially 411 years and their father is $80,000 behind in child support plus never paid any of their medical and was out of their life permanently for 5 years and I am accused of Parental alienation when he was in jail for 2 of those 5 years 1 year moved out of state and the other two mia. This system has mentally and emotionally hurt my children and myself and left me in a financial bind. But I will not give up and I will bring everyone out into the public eye for what they have done. Please sign up to request the investigation of so much corruption in family court. We need to end the abuse of power many judges practice without regard for the rights of individuals and families. Without regard for the thruth or the constitution. I was a victim of abuse by a cruel narcissist man who has a criminal past, is an addict and chronic alcoholic. Yes this man and his crooked corrupt attorney started an aggresive campaigm of lies and deception against me, the victim. My attorney would tell me they just wanted to agitate me, that I had nothing to worry about. But what I did not know was that the Judge favored the opposing attorney and my ex. I could not get anything done or approved by the court. Everything was denied even the return of my personal property which my abusive husband had taken from me and was included in the police report. 4 weejs before trial my attorney dropped my case and the Judge denied me the chance for a Continuance to get legal representation. During the Trial they did not allow me to testify in court and they ignored my witnesses. I lost everything I had pre-marital, to my abuser, including my own home which I have owned for 18 years (I was married 2 years) the abuse of power and prejudice against me was such that they even introduced a law suit during the Trial. It had been filed through the clerk of court 4 days before the Trial and I had never been served. They ruled based on the lies and totally false allegations of a corrupt and unethical individual. They did not want to hear my truth. They did not want to know the truth. They declared my home and homestead was a" rental property" and even assigned a Receiver to take over my home where I live. All my efforts were blocked in court by the corrupt Judge. All my filings denied and even annuled. I have lived in my property since I left the women shelter. I have an ACP card to protect my privacy. And was registered in court. They did Not care about any of that! They wanted to rob my home and sell it for their profits. They coerced me to sign a listing contract by threats of incarceration. Now they want me to surrender my homeowners papers to the Receiver. I refused they are now threatening to put in jail. I am very afraid that my life might even be in danger. These are criminals working and protected by the law. The major criminal is protected by. Self proclaimed Judicial inmunity. Please sign this petition!!! It is imperative that we bring justice and civility to our family court justice system! We need to STOP this abuse!REPORT COMMENTS

We need to stop the ongoing corruption by some judges in family court. In my case the Judge wants to force the sale of my Non marital property and Homestead in Florida. He is forcing the illegal sale by threatening to find me in contempt of court if I dont sign listing contract, now again the threats to put me on jail, trying to intimidate me so that I now surrender my homeownership papers. They have even assigned a Receiver to take over my property, where I live, they are forcing me to have these people in my home whenever they want as many people as the Receiver wants and I acording to them lost all my rights of my own property and home. They did not allow me to present evidence of residence and would not allow any testimony from witnesses. My house is registered as my Homestead since 2011 when I left the Women shelter and was hidding in my own home from my narsiscist and abusive husband. The corruption and abuse of power is rampant here in South Florida, so I wanted to take a moment to tell you why these emails are so important to the work we?re doing.onREPORT COMMENTS

Portsmouth Department of Social Service (CPS )is very corrupt, they ignored abuse calls from myself, neighbors and family members, from the person who was abusing my grandchild, now my grandchild Savannah Harrison is in the hands of her abuser, supported by CPS, and the Portsmouth Court Judicial. The Portsmouth Virginia Judicial courts have judicial over my grandchild, but she is living in another state. That is against the law in the state of Virginia. Corruption is everywhere, Portsmouth Department of Social Service (CPS), Portsmouth Judicial courts, and the judges are aware of this crime ( as a way to cover up for their wrongdoing, and from court corruption) her case was moved to Norfolk, Virginia, but her father Robert Lee Harrison is living in the City of Portsmouth Va. And my grandchild suppose to be living with close to kin, who is more reliable. The Portsmouth Virginia courts and CPS broke every law in the book. my grandchild Savannah Harrison is living with her abuser, in Savannah Georgia (with her grandaunt), not her aunts, grandmother, father, not closest to kin, but her abuser.REPORT COMMENTS
