I have proof they have falsified government documents. My local FBI has told me this is a state violation not a federal violation?? Pretty sure this violates the "color of the law" Title 18, U.S.C., section 241 and 242 which to my knowledge are both FEDERAL STATUTES that the FBI has jurisdiction into investigating!!REPORT COMMENTS

In 2000 my son was taken from his babysitters by CPS workers. I fought in court for two years to try and regain custody of him, I did everything they told me to do. I did their psychological exam from the court appointed psychologist, moved from the home I was in to a place of my own, set up a room for my son in the new home, I was working, was visiting my son at all of the scheduled times and showed up at the hospital (walked there cause I didn't have a car) when he had to have tubes put into his ears cause he kept having ear infections. It seemed nothing I did was enough. The attorney that I was appointed was in fact, an insurance attorney (didn't know at the time) and not a family attorney. The guardian ad litem for my son and the attorney appointed for my son's father ( who was incarcerated in another state at the time) was never on my side. It seemed that they only had one agenda and that was to keep my son and adopt him out. I lost my parental rights two and a half years later after doing all that I was told to do, showing up at all the court dates and visitation times. I remember the last day when I saw my son, he was crying when they took him to return him to the foster home he had been staying in for the past two years. After every visit he would cry, scream and kick because he didn't want to leave. The people who work in this agency apparently have no heart as if I was the worker I would see that as a child who loves their parent and wants to be with them. I was severely screwed over by the state of Virginia. Justice wasn't served in my case and I have to live everyday of my life wondering how my son is doing and wondering if he's okay. This agency needs to be reformed or completely banished.REPORT COMMENTS

If I hadn't been living this nightmare for the last 2 1/2 months I wouldn't believe the corruption that is taking place with CPS, the public defenders and the judges. My great grandaughter had all of her children taken from her and she has done nothing wrong. The court hearings are all one sided because the only people there are CPS paid with the exception of the victim in the case which is my grandaughter. This has got to stop now. The mother, Angie Robinette, is covering up the fact that her oldest son, Hunter, molested my friends daughter, who's now 6 years old, and the girls mom told her to tell the cps that her dad coached her to say all of this about her brother doing these things to her. I feel so bad for him and his daughter because the cps didn't even ask Hadlee if she knew what a "coach" was, or what the meaning of being "coached" meant, which she didn't. She was just doing what her mother had told her to do because her mother was afraid to lose custody because that's her meal ticket. Corruption at it's best. That, and her attorney is corrupt. Purposely leaves very important things said in court out of the court orders to where he doesn't have a leg to stand on at all and he's taken going on two years of supervised visits that are totally unneeded, and she knows she's in contempt but nothing sticks, the judge does nothing to her and she doesn't produce anything subpoenaed. I've never seen such injustice like this in my life. To do this to a Daddy's girl that she lived with the majority of the time, and her dad still paid child support, which equals financial exploitation. That, and mental and emotional abuse during a developmental stage in her life. She just wants her daddy and she's being kept from him. She gets into trouble for asking when she's going to be able to come stay with me.REPORT COMMENTS

I've never seen the injustice that's going on and been going on for almost 3 years out of a 6 year old girls life. In Madison County, Indiana, Judge Pancol and the mother's attorney, Ron McNabney has let the mother not supply what's subpoenaed for a year and a half, and still waiting on the interrogatorys from a year and a half ago from the mother. Andrew, the father of Hadlee, raised her from the time she was born until her mom turned the fact that her son molested Hadlee into telling Hadlee to say that she was coached to say it. She's had about 6-7 continuances, perjury on everything that has come out at court. They've had hearings, but they last 20-30 minutes, where Ron McNabney turns the courtroom into a circus and still asks questions to me and says he can only be there for 40 minutes on a hearing that's been delayed for 3 years now. They just keep continuing it so that she doesn't have to face the music because she's dug a whole that she can't get out of. She collected and made sure by hiring her attorney to fight his child support modification. He had to file because he went from making $80,000 per year, to $390 per week in unemployment. So her continuing the hearings, she still gets paid. during this whole time, Hadlee is staying with her father, Andrew, Monday through Friday every week, and every weekend at Andrew's mother's house so that she can go party. All she see's in Andrew is dollar signs. That's it. Bottom line is the judge has let this go on for over 4 years without any consequences. The judge will say one thing, then write a very vague order, leave crucial information that he said out, which gives her mom the leverage to keep bullying and abusing Hadlee.REPORT COMMENTS

Reported abuse to children service and tried to help my Granddaughter when she begged for help only for them to take her away from her mother and place her with the abuser she claimed hurt her. Because my husband and I reported the abuse they told us we had to take a evaluation and the twist and turns,oh Lord!!! Fabrication of this game of the who knows who in this game they play of ruining families without true investigation and proper education of knowing what to look for and then closing a case is damaging to families and the children.This type of abuse must stop. They can lie cheat and change facts to fit there agenda. Judge Pancol has let my daughter's mother get 7 continuances in almost 5 years. So, never had my day in court. Upheld a restraining order that I had proof he didn't want to see. Won't hold her in contempt, yet she hasn't supplied anything subpoenaed in a year and a half now, yet everything leans her way, then gets continued. She's never held in contempt when she should be (I guarantee I would be). For the last two plus years, she's kept my daughter from me and my visitations. Judge ordered a18 months ago that I have no more than 10 supervised visits, then back to parenting guidelines. I did the 10+, and after the chaperones wrote letters saying they were no longer needed, she still kept her from me, called them back and lied, told the chaperones that her attorney advised her to keep making me take them at $50 per week out of my pocket after I provide $975 per month for her.. Never any letter from her attorney backing this up to anyone and after 90+ visits,, which are once a week for 1 hour visit . she's still not held in contempt. at's after the chaperones still say that they haven't seen injustice like this ever. It's all about money for her to cover up molest and tell her to tell the CPS that she was coached to say what she' said about her older brother molesting her, when she didn't know what a"coach"was or the meaning of "coached" at 3 years old. That, and the CPS never questioned her older teenage brother because the mom took him to her attorney office and called CPS back and made them ask questions only with her attorney present. This is after 6 different interviews with my daughter with CPS having the last two interviews. First ones, same thing everytime, then added even more different things that had happened that she hadn't told me because I didn't want to hear it or talk with her about it. I was a mess, non stop crying that I had to say ny back was hurting, she didn't understand why I was so hurt and I had to keep reminding her that we are not going to talk about that. Second interview after CPS interviewed her attorney basically, and I don't know what came from it, but with her trying to hide it, and I wouldn't think any 13 year old is going to admit to it, which he didn't. Last interview with 3 year old daughter, I stupidly get there 20 minutes early, her mom takes her from me and whispers in her ear in the lobby of the police station for 15-20 minutes. When we all three went in for separate interviews, I was the last, CPS told me that I coached her to say it...!!!! I was dumbfounded that I didn't really know what to say at the time other than that's the craziest thing I've ever heard. Upon leaving I thought of everything and emailed CPS personally about the whispering being on video, the whole coached word she didn't know, and he never replied. It seems as if this one attorney (her attorney)calls the shots , and they're corruptREPORT COMMENTS

My two closest friends have both been victims to CPS. Both are outstanding mothers, neither of which deserved to have their families go through the hell that they have had to endure. Meanwhile, we get to watch these terrible, drug addict, negligent, unemployed, homeless mothers keep their children. It makes me sick. And also scares me....am I next? I'm glad people are banding together and actually trying to change such a flawed system. I wish you all the best of luck with your cases and you have my full support.REPORT COMMENTS
